Service is good, I was in and out pretty fast. I have been to Starbucks and ordered a plain bagel there and it was like $1 with cream cheese, so I was thinking it is kind of the same operation, should be the same prices....WRONG. I ordered 2 plain bagels with cream cheese and they charged me $5.50!!!! I think they value their bagels a little too much. They arent that good, and I could have got a full big breakfeast with eggs and pancakes from Mcdonalds for $.25 less. Lame, will not ever be going back to one of these places ever again...Their prices would probably explain why there was no one in there at peak breakfast time.

Just tried the California Nova Lox!! The cashier told me to order this instead of the regular Nova lox and I was quite surprised at how it turned out. It is so delicious! It tastes just like a California sushi roll. There was a hint of Wasabi as well as the Pickled taste of ginger accept the use regular pickles. Bravo Einsteins!

I was refused entry at the door from the lady working behind the counter because i had my service dog with me. I proceeded to explain to her that it was my service dog, which I carry full documentations with me at all times. The lady at the counter said no so I left. I will no be giving Einstein bagel my business.

Totally disagree with Lucas. When talking about breakfast, Einsteins is much better than Starbucks in value, freshness and taste. Mcdonalds doesnt belong in the conversation. Personal favorite in every category is the Dunkin on Nob Hill and Sunset Strip. (food, service, atmosphere, value and rest rooms)

Waited over 45 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 muffins. I had to repeat my order 4x to the very distracted employee and they still got it wrong. Ive been to may Einstein Bros. Bagels before but this one seems way understaffed. Not worth the wait.

Awesome, my regular breakfast place. The crew so friendly, they even call me by name. The people complaining should never get out their bed. For all the people hold negatively about my favorite breakfast place can go to McDonalds.

Honestly there is a reason why this one is so much busier than the others. Good food, good people, good atmosphere! Its gets a little crazy and food does take time often but worth it.
