Pre ordered a take out because we were in area. Ive had good service in another location. This place tragic. 1. Order came out with 2 fancy order burgers. Waited extra 15 mn from time I was told will be ready. 2. Fries ordered with burgers never came out. Host or waiter said not ready. Another 10 mn I asked if not ready in 5 I must leave.. 3. Another 10 mn manager requested... Big mistake.. she was a sarcastic airhead with no disrespect to all the better women which demand respect. She said it was Friday after 6 pm. And busy ... I said I called ahead and asked for time to get food ahead of time for a reason... Rudely and sarcastically she replied at least you have fresh fries... Insulting me basically... I requested easiest items on menu to go in and out in time... Was driving a $ 90000 Mercedes camper which was taking 3 spots. And not my sprinter rv. I then said to her obvious rudeness after having bags in my hand ... Thank you.. Ill get next time. And left food as we went to dine in somewhere a bit less fancy but where we get respect and pleasant environment. Had she been doing her job a small respectful gesture would have kept us as customers... As a contracting manager I will never spend my money or company money there... It used to be a twice a month visit. Never again. Security was pleasant outside... Thanks to the friendly officer in Ford escape... He laughed after we told him story... Had one person watching rv outside ... Thought I got lost gone 39 mn and parked right across. Blah blah blah. Trying to forget horrible time... I am nicest person so this is how quiet and nicer people get treated. BTW... You are not capital grill. Service worse than Dennys

Hoy celebramos en el restaurant el cumpleaños de nuestra hija mayor (52). Éramos ocho , Abuelos, Hija e hijos. Todos quedamos satisfechos y a gusto. Salimos diciendo yo vuelvo otra vez. Como sugerencia me gustaría que las mesas muy bonitas, de mármol u otro material parecido, estuvieran cubiertas aúnque fuera con un mantel de papel blanco, sin embargo iría mejor con tela acorde con la servilleta que si es de tela. El plato llamado BBox, no debería venir todo una sola vez, primero la ensalada después la sopa y después el plato e si. Porque? Por qué se enfría el plato principal. El pollo que me correspondió estaba excelente. Otro tip, el personal aunque muy amable, gentil ,agradable, y sonriente, tienden a perderse en algunos momentos largos. Sin embargo les doy 5/5. The front area is bad, the hostess act as if it is the St. Regis or the Setai. Nonchalant, and plain I could care less attitude. No smiles, no kids menu, no wix sticks. Then comes the server, bad attitude, condescending tone and although he asks if you have dined there before, he keeps making sure that you understand that the mini, small bites and tapas are small sizes. yes I can read buddy. Then he says the Bellini is frozen, I now that as well, I just answered the question if we had been there before. The Asian rib tacos were stale and the tortillas so not fresh the broke as I picked it up off the tray. The booths are not wiped right. No bread offered, change of server, out of nowhere, I had to get up twice to ask for something. Will never go back to this location, it is dirty, even outside the tables are dusty, and birds gladly poop on it. I caught the hostess, look down at other guests, mind you they were messy, but still be cordial especially if you black shirt looks dirty and washed out. As far as upper management I will send my complain directly to corporate because his excuses on why his server was rude is inadmissible. Supposedly he had to work in the back because it was 4pm, which means dinner time. Well he sure was still there throughout my time in his area. On star because it wont let me post without 1.

Had high expectations, however my dining experience was less than desirable Hostess were not very welcoming as we were greeted with more attitude than warmth. I ordered the grilled salmon and my wife ordered the filet mignon. After waiting an obscene amount of time for our food, we received a dry shriveled piece of salmon and a steak that tasted like a baseball when i ordered it medium rare. We obviously asked for a manger. After waiting another long while, a manage finally arrived. The managers name was Deeya and after speaking with him our experience only got worse. We voiced our concerns about our food but they seemed to fall on deaf ears. He seemed upset at us as like we had been the ones who had cooked the food wrong. He finally offered to take food off our bill but after being so disrespected we decided to just pay our bill and never come back. Also his stench of cigarette smoke was very overwhelming.

Grand Lux Cafe is SOOO AMAZING!! Everything is exceptionally good. Whatever you order from the menu, you cant go wrong... My fiance and I have been there a few times and we always try something different... We havent been disappointed yet!! Our favorite is the New Orleans Beignets (dessert)... As a matter of fact, we just called in to order them! Words cannot describe how freakin delicious they are.. lol...seriously. I highly recommend trying them.. You will become instantly obsessed... mark my words! :-) It is a bit loud inside, so we usually sit outside, but thats how good their food is! TRY THE BEIGNETS!!! I ACTUALLY THINK ABOUT THEM ON A WEEKLY BASIS...and I TELL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM LOLOL...NO JOKE!! I LOVE BEIGNETS....YUM YUM...dipped in VANILLA, RASPBERRY, & CHOCOLATE SAUCE!! OHHH YUMMMY!!!

At the place now, and will edit later. Were at the appetisers part so far, but our waiter Joseph is outstanding. We ordered Cerviché and couldnt spot the 2 oz. of fish they put in it. So, we returned it for a new one. The manager walked up with the plate, and she asks if we want the same one or a new one. She then takes her fingers and digs in and pulls out a bite of tuna and says shes getting a new one. Disgusting. The place is quite loud and has no phone signal. It is a restaurant, so food is key. Food is delicious and expensive. They dropped a few dishes while I was here for 2 hours and the guests seem to be really loud causing a cafeteria kind of echo. Would recommend this place if youre a real foodie.

So, I am kinda of disappointed about writing this review. I was so excited to try this place out for the first time, and had heard great reviews. I went to go have dinner maybe like 2 weeks ago ( I know, late post, lol) Any hoo, My family and I went; husband, and 3 children. The food was amazing, but then me and my husband got food poisoning from one of our meals. I honestly know it was this place, because we both had waited to eat to go to lux cafe. The kids were fine, so it had to of been one of our plates. I was kinda upset, because the food was sooo good, but got us sick. So it was a bittersweet moment. Drinks were great though.

I had never been here before and took my dad out to lunch for Fathers Day. BJ was our server and he was great. Positive attitude, attentive but not overbearing. Checked on us a couple times and pre-bused the table. Big plus for my dad and I since we both used to be servers. I had the pasta/salad lunch special with pasta pomodoro and it was a bit bland but the side salad was just perfect. My dad had a short rib grilled cheese sandwich and he loved it. The cheesecake we had topped it off and was just enough food for me and my dad, and hes usually still hungry. Great first experience and will definitely be going back.
