My server was the worst, I came in around 10pm and I got out by 12am. Now its not the timing that I care about, it was the fact that she ignored me and went to all of her other tables. Now listen Im not the type of person to complain on yelp but this sever was worthy of it. I literally was my own server, I went 2 times to tell someone my orders and I even had to go up 2 times for my check and to get cashed out. I understand she was the night shift sever and Im sure she really didnt want to be there but she could have at least tried to act like my server. I work at a restaurant too and I found it super odd that the people that worked there and knew I was getting the worst service just let it happen. All they did was just stare.. like common now this is customer service. If you cant act like your working there why work there.

It can be a hit or miss. Had a rude experience there from one of the waitress. I ordered french toast. I asked for the Oh la la french toast. It did not say it came with butter on it. I was brought out a different french toast and it had a big chunk of butter on it. I asked for it to be removed and she was snotty. She told me to take off one of the pieces with out butter but I had no where to put it. As Im trying to grab it she lightly smacks my hand out of the way and just takes it. When she brings out the new toast and still not the Oh la la kind, she scolds me saying I need to request no butter, because everything comes with butter. Also she rarely check on us.

Was never really a fan of this restaurant but the family liked to go. Ive seen it go downhill over the years. Weve found bits of plastic and tin foil in the food. They constantly change the menu so if you liked something its probably gone by the next time. This isnt something that most people would have a problem with but I feel as they give way too much food. Ill never eat it all and it never gets eaten when brought home so it always ends up being wasted. Besides the food the service is alright, a bit slower when theyre busy but thats expected. All the staff is nice and one man even gave me a free muffin one day.

Ordered a BIT with extra crispy bacon and onions. When the sameich came, the bsvon wad not even slightly crispy. When i told the waitress, she took it back to have it remade. The second one came out with slightly crispy bacon. The manager came to the table and was told about it she offered to get me another one. Explained that this was the second one, it had already been remade. Her response was..... well I dont know what to tell you. Unbelievable. Also was charged for 2 small rings of onion. Very poor management skills. The waitress Lexi however was very nice and prompt.

My server was susan. First i felt like i was rushed to order something. I told her i was having a hard time cuz i didnt eat pork. So i ordered and she didnt give me the option of potatoes or fruit and assumed i wanted home fries which i didnt. Then in the middle of eating she brings a check. She never offered dessert and didnt even offer which treat my daughter wanted with her meal. Honestly this was the first time i came here and it will be my last. I would have enjoyed applebees more than here. I know for next time.

I read the reviews on here but went anyway and it was horrible. The manager got our drinks when we first got there but after 20 minutes of no one taking our order we left. The couple next to us hadnt even gotten their food and they were waiting twice as long as us and their cups were empty. The staff is very young, and im pretty young myself but they obviously dont care about the customers.

Great family environment and perfect for a sunday morning breakfast. I was also surprised and excited that theu make all their desserts right at the resturant in their very own bakery. The wait was worth it. The service is also amazing. Make sure to come on an empty stomach because the portion sizes( at least for what i ordered) were huge. Overral great experience.

There was a time not long ago this place was good. Not great but good. Last time we were there the portions are so small we felt like we got ripped off in a big way. Hamburger is the size of McDonalds and the breakfast is small in portion also. There are to many other places to go that give you what you pay for. Will not be going back.

Good service, very nice staff,( especially the old lady), bring knife for the cake and ask for lighter for my cousins birthday. Food taste great, well done, just took a while, do provide drink first. If you eat quit a lot, get 2 order, I always get 2, and have 1 of them shared half to my friend.

Came here on a Saturday morning, first time at this location (typically I go to the Gulf To Bay one) - I actually like this one better, its newer looking, food was great, service was great. It did start to get packed so if you are going for breakfast consider going before 9 or 10 perhaps.

Good food at good prices. We were on vacation and always try to eat a few meals that are not so expensive since we have five kids. Perkins filled everyone up for a decent price which is great when youre looking to save money for vacation meals!

Horrible customer service.. dont recommend going here. Employees talk back customers back.. wait for 5 minutes to be getting the menu and be seated at a table when theres no line lol... just a horrible experience. Food was okay but not great.

Very nice, friendly, and accommodating waitress. They met a special request for asparagus to be cooked to softer than their usual , much appreciated. Our coupons provided a discount on a nice meal in a relaxed place to eat and chat.

He food was good, but dont get the eggs benedick unless you like your poached egg yellows the consistency of a hard boiled egg. I tried them twice, first time I sent then back, today I didnt bother.

Extremely disappointed. Food took forever to come. Had to return one of the plates as it looked like it was bitten and then returned, and it was given to us. Overall horrible food. Waitress was ok.

Attended a Meetup meeting here tonight and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were expedient and the private room was very quiet. However the Sprint reception was horrible! (Not their fault)
