The store was clean and orderly but there was a lady serving Cali Seafood named Monique who was very rude to us. She was preping and we politely asked if sampling was ready. She rudely snapped and said. "No and it wont be ready for another 10 minutes! !" " come back later!." Then she WALKED away. We are from Upstate NY and we shop at our Local Wegmans which is comparable to Publix...but we have never been treated so rudely. We are Seniors and enjoy shopping. . Usually. At Wegmans they dont take 10 minutes to prep without including or explaining to passing customers and are kind when asked questions. . Thank you for inquiring.

For mothers day I went to the bakery with a special request... they are AMAZING there.. I was looking for a cupcake bouquet which isnt something they normally do.. I brought them containers and pictures on my phone of what i was looking for and they made it happen.. They were extremely helpful, professional and personable. The entire bakery staff that was there that day participated in helping to make what i wanted (looking it up talking over ideas with me on how to execute it etc.) and the bouquets came out absolutely perfect. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! :D

Fair prices. Bagger named Bill an old man was so ignorant when I brought my own bag he couldnt figure out how to open my own nylon bag which was already open and then gave up and stuck it in a plastic bag and I had to tell him know were going to use this so we dont waste plastic bags of course it only took me less than a second to tell him where are the top of the bag is that you can open I dont understand how he made it this far in life

Well a couple of weeks ago I came in at 9:30 in the morning trying to pick up some wings but come to find out that Publix they dont start their fryers up until 10 the same day I went back to get the wings and they were out of wings so I dont buy my wings at Publix anymore I buy it from Stadium Lounge didnt make me happy to find out that Publix dont turn on their chicken wings until 10 just some of us thats half the day

I always like Publix. This is a good Publix. Just need to realize what meets the needs of their current shopping consumers. If youre ALWAYS out of a product, I.e., Seltzer Water & told to plz order more,, you might wanna assume you need more. And dont ask the customer...What do you need all that for...clearly thats not appropriate. Otherwise I love Publix

Very nice store. Clean and well stocked . Employees very helpfull. Meats were very well displayed. I thought they were very high priced. I normally shop at winn Dixie. Chicken especially high. I would shop there again if i saw add that had specials at good prices. We live on fixed income and have to watch the prices for good deals.

This is a nice clean Publix. Its smaller than many of their other stores, but they have all the stuff Im normally looking for. The employees are friendly and polite, minus the occasional cranky deli counter lady. They close at 9, so if youre used to the usual 10pm closing, keep this in mind. Overall a nice place to shop

Ran in there at 8:57 not realizing they closed at 9!. I had to do western union and I was about to leave but they took care of me in such a polite and friendly manner!! I realized I had kept them past their time and kept apologizing but they were so great, kept conversation and joked. Great experience!

Always friendly, always willing to help. Never a long wait in line. Weve watched High School students go through high school, graduate and attend college and still Publix is there for them to keep some money coming in until they decide to stay or move on in their career.
