This place is so unprofessional! My friend and I walked in and no body was at the front desk, we waited a minute and than someone popped their head up through the service window and asked where another worker was and if we needed to be helped. Of course we need to be helped we havent ordered yet! Than she finally comes up to the desk and says what do you guys want with no smile on her face looking like she hated her job, than we ordered and sat down. Than at the top of their lungs the workers fought and argued in the back with no care that all of their customers could clearly hear them. This place sucks!! Dont go here unless you want to be treated like crap.

I was a little hesitant going after reading the reviews. However my craving for an onion bagel with cream cheese and chives out weighed the review I read. The place was clean. The were doing to renovations and had a sign posted, but it was nice and clean. They were busy, a line of people waiting for bagels. 2 people up front working and a one or two in the back. The wait time was reasonable and the line was moving along. OMG!!!! I so glad I tried their bagels this morning!!! At first bite I felt like I was in NY! No one makes a bagel like a NYer! The bagel was so good!!! The price were very reasonable! Ill be back for more!

GREAT bagels..... and thats from a Jersey girl....so spoiled on the fine fare of diner food, bagelries and sub shops..... that Florida seems like a dark vortex of bland food doughy bread, and rancid meat at every turn!! BUT NOT THIS PLACE!! My favorite..... Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel! Excellent.....and even more excellent after a good night out! You wont be disappointed! A fan of whitefish salad? ITs excellent....but watch out for the BONES. Theirs tends to have lots.

The jalapeño cream cheese was awesome really liked it. My fiance could not finish hers after I tried hers(wheat bagel) I understood why it was extremely salty. Cons: the bagel was to salty, kind of expensive, no espresso, and no environment.

Love the bagels, but these people need to get their stuff together. Not only is the place always a nasty mess, but the workers fight intensely in front of customers. Very awkward! They would have a great business if they could shape up.

This is one of my favorite place to get a bagel. The bagels are really good, and reasonably priced. My dad and I come here every weekend. I got a poppy seed bagel with egg ham and cheese this time around.

Ordered bagels for Mothers day. Told they would be ready at 7:30 Sunday morning. They were closed. No phone call, (they had my number) no note on the door , nothing. Will not be going there again.

The girl with with the red hair was SO rude. Answering the phone and arguing in front of people ect. Our order was wrong. THEY DONT USE GLOVES. Disgusting.
