Just ordered with my office, I asked for a cuban, no pork- substiute the meat for turkey. I received a sandwich with turkey and salami and was informed by Gail that I should have been more clear bc not everyone considers salami pork !?! I called back because I realized I cant get the sandwich and requested delivery and was given the 7th degree by GAIL. Who argued with me and informed me that it was ordered incorrectly on my end. Guess which office wont be ordering from here again. GRan Deli and Subs apparently is not affected by the economy and does not need to be nice to their customers and does not care if people ever come back. They have enough money to sustain the business without having to give a crap about customer service.

BEST SUBS IN TOWN!! Better yet, best subs in FLORIDA! I personally am a Cuban sandwich enthusiast and when I tell you they have an amazing Cuban, Im not lying! Not to mention every sandwich Ive ever ordered from there has been 5 stars!! Grand Deli has a nice and friendly staff that makes you feel like family! Grand deli also has numerous options of sandwiches, chips, drinks, salads, cookies and so much more! My advice for any sandwich lover: Try your sandwich Larry and/or Paulies way! Adds an extra zing to any sandwich and you wont regret it!!

The food is phenomenal. Great staff and great service. Side note to the only bad review they have ever had: if you dont want any pork on a sandwich be specific in saying that you are opposed to pork products. If you say no pork I would remove the roast pork and continue as normal otherwise. Learn how to order food before leaving bad reviews. This place is great. I go as often as I can and live nearby

This place has the most delicious sandwiches I have ever have! I even like them more than publix subs, and that really says something. Best Cuban my fiance and I have ever had, along with the turkey smokestack -amazing, their Italians and Rubens also delicious. Everything Ive had here has surpassed my expectations. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who likes an amazing sub

Im not going to pretend Im a food critic so Im cutting to the chase. Finally! I found THE sandwich and sub house! Ive been searching since I moved to Florida and Im from the Midwest where these type of places are common. If you want old school Midwest type deli food, this is the place! Sorry, Im just happy to finally have a little home nearby!

Such an amazing Cuban sandwich!!! It practically melts in your mouth! I would like to see the price lowered just a smidge, but the product is absolutely worth it. And the staff is very polite and even warmed up to my Autistic son during a small meltdown. That is one of many reasons I would continue giving them my business!!!
