We went to this restaurant on 11/18/2013 and we had a bad experience, no one greeted us when we walked though the restaurant although it was empty, then we sat at a table in an area where come a waiter with a not good attitude and told us that this area does not could sit because it was closed but there wasnt a notice that said it. After another attempt we sat where the waiter instructed us. We ordered a hot tea, a soda and food order, it took 8 minutes to bring us the tea and soda and waiters response was that supposedly were heating the water, when we ordered an extra cup of hot water to another waitress she brought it to us in less than 2 minutes. The food was fast as about 20 minutes, because at other times it takes up more than an hour to come. From time to time in this activity the waiter was only once to ask how everything was, I think annoyed by our requests. When we asked to the waitress for the check, the bill was $ 14.59, I gave him a $20 note, when I received the change, it was just $5, the math says that $20 - $14.59 = $5.41 , for ethical reasons asked why it was short by 0.41 cents? , And this “meserillo de quinta” with bad attitude took out a $1 note and without an apology he throws it on the table. When we left, we left the $1, then this “meserillo de quinta” and bald, ironically said " look at what you left “, my wife get back and told him "are you playing with me, this is the tip deserved for you, for such bad service" then we asked to speak to the owner who did not want to go out to show the face, so he command an emissary on the pretext that he was in other activities , he sent his son , with whom we did not want to talk. We agree with many of the comments left in such a bad service they provide and the food arrives cold and greasy, once we were there, we ordered a “bandeja paisa” and it came without avocado, when we asked to waitress about this , she at a grotesque attitude said “the avocado had run out and that when there is not, we don’t serve it”. Generally in this restaurant the waitress shows an attitude rude to customers, attitude of confrontation. WE DO NOT COME BACK TO THIS "CHUZO”. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!

Went with relatives (puerto rican), drove in from another County about an hour drive cause we heard about this place and wanted to check it out. The restaurant is a big place, kind of dark mid-evil-ish looking, was expecting a Latino looking ambiance. Ok so they took us in quickly and took our orders quickly (felt rushed). A lot of young workers with no "carino" or welcoming expressions. Our waiter looked like he didnt have any customer service skills, didnt look like he wanted to be there. The appetizers came, they werent tasty, kind of disappointed. Didnt even give us little plates so we ate on napkins. The food immediately came which was surprising cause as a Latina and been to many Latin restaurants, it takes time to cook up some fresh tasty Latin food. Ok so they plopped the dishes on our small table and didnt even bother to remove the excess appetizer plates. They werent very acoomodating, would just come and go quickly and was hard to stop a server. The food was totally not fresh nor tasty. It was cold too so you know they probably have it pre-cooked back there and would just micro it up. The food on the plate wasnt presentable. We didnt enjoy it nor ate much of it, even the sweet plantains werent tasty--how can one even go wrong with making that! I know Colombian food is not like this. Maybe it was just that day, but I wouldnt go back. We shouldve went to Pollo Tropical instead of this. Very disappointing!

I went to this restaurant on 02/04/12 with my boss because I have been in this place before but it was totally a BAD EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE!. We asked to be seated outside in the patio, waiting for about 35 minutes finishing our drinks and no food yet. I went inside to ask what was going on and no apology whatsoever. Food finally arrived, my steak was soak in oil with a lot of fat around. My boss food was too cooked. I also asked for a "mofongo solo" (just smashed green plantain) and it came with pieces of pork in it also soak in oil. I didnt eat it but it was charged anyway. At the end my check was $45.00 but the waitress came with someone else check for $55.00 by""mistake". She never apologized just saying...it is going to be void right now. I got charged a total of over $100.00 (for both checks) taking almost a week to get that "mistake" fixed in my account!

Volvemos pronto!!

ki my cirn tortilla camr with cold cbhewsethe service lack in timing it took at least 15-20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. my sa grúa was just cheap red wine no fruits and my lunch partners Margarita was served with regular salt and pre-mixed. my Garlic Shrimp had no garlic and I waited and waited for our waiter to ask if we needed anything or if the food was good and never bothered. I would of ordered another drink but I was never given the chance. 30 minutes later ko one camr yo ask if wet needed anything ko drink offered and I asked for two waters inky one came. the manager was texting and on the phone the entire time we were there. I sat on our table the entire time I wrote this.

Its ok average colombian decent restaurant nothing out of ordinary, shame its the only decent colombian restaurant around the area, fair prices, good food, lack of few really good dishes in menu, but....time to get seated is horrendous, not their fault, people just keep going like if it was last meal on earth, been there quite a few times, i would go more often but waiting time"to get a table" enormous and too noisy, thats the reason for my 3 stars, time to get your food is also fair :15 min by the clock. Honestly, i could go to Dennys wait less, eat well and be able to hear what we talk, but eventually ill go back to oh que bueno!

I visit this restaurant probably four times a year. Always had Bandeja Paisa which is very good, today I tried the Arroz con Pollo and it was not fresh, cold and on top of that, when I asked for Mayonnaise they did not have any, they just gave me a cheap version of the ketchup sauce. The waitress said it got cold because I sat at a table where supposedly the AC hits very hard. I change the food for the Bandeja Paisa, which is the only dish that I can say its good. First waitress was nice, the second one that brought me the new food back was mad. The place has Wi-Fi and 2 big TVs which is a plus.
