China Lee chinese resturant has the worst service in the world. The worker there took old spoil chicken and placed in the food container that she gave me. The food was raw and spoil. I went back and let them know that the food was spoiled they all laughed and threw one dollar at me and stated that they do not care that the food was spoil and that they would not make a new plate of food. It had not even ben ten minutes that I went back, they were rude and did not care very bad food and poor customer service. The funny thing is I did not want a refund, I just wanted a new plate of food. I was insulted and they threw one dollar at me. This is not how we do business in the US.They do not refund your money and disrespect you and throw one dollar at you. How rude and I will be calling the health department and placing a formal complaint. These people need to be put out of business.

Gave this one star because there wasnt an option for no stars. After it took over 2 hrs for our food to be delivered ( we live right across the street) we were missing items which were paid for. I called to ask for the rest of my order and the first employee screamed at me saying "we busy OK there only two of us" and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back got a man who acted as though he had no idea what was going on, then someone got on the phone who yelled at me and told me they would deliver the rest of my order it I paid more money! I had already paid almost $50 already and had only about $30 worth sitting on my table. Two people in my family didnt have their food and they basically stole my money using the excuse they were "busy". Im am so mad I will be disputing this with my credit card company!

I ordered & paid for a vegetable Lo mein and sat to wait, 3 costumers came in afterwards & ordered bigger meals and all got their meals before me. When I asked the cashier about my food after about 20 mins later after being skipped it had been ready & sitting behind the counter the whole time! The cashier handed me my cold food after no care or apologies!! (Seeing I was sitting there all this time waiting.) Instead he asked me to repay for my meal which I already had paid for, to the same person. The food was cold, late & the broccoli was undercooked, the place was dirty & looked unsanitary, the cashier was unprofessional, rude & uncaring. I wouldnt recommend or go back.

This is a classic story of GREAT FOOD at your own risk. EVERYTHING I have ordered has been delicious. Customer service is great. They only messed up my order once, but when I drove back to the store they made a new batch right in front of me. HOWEVER... I wouldnt eat an egg roll if you paid me. One day while riding to Amscot, I cut through Wal-Mart and saw 2 stacks of crates about 5 ft or so of egg rolls sitting outside the back door next to the mop bucket. This was so disturbing I had to call a friend and take a pic. So needless to say... I wont be ordering egg rolls, but everything else is delicious!! ;p

The one star was a sacrifice to leave this review. Delivery took 1hr 1/2. $25 order 2-1/2 blks away ... everything that was too be hot was cold sweet sour sauce was like jelly for my crab Rangoon my Rangoon was very hard around all edges inedible my shrimp was cold my sprite was warm egg roll cold generals chicken like warm pork fried rice luke warm as well ...i call after finally getting food and was closing and offered me 10% off my next order and i laughted and said really $2.50 off many next visit how nice and thoughtful of you !!!! Thanks but no thanks !!!

Horrible, horrible. I thought I was going to an undiscovered, great eatery. Far from it , the pepper steak was unchewable, the other dishes were fair at best; and management, seeing I was displeased, just waited for me to leave. Coming from Boston, new york, and other hot spots for great Chinese food, their attitude was deplorable. This place wouldnt last three days in new York. I paid plenty, and listening to their laughs, they must have thought they really found another succor from out-of-town. Just dont go. Im sure you can do much better.

In the world of quick Chineese food, this place is above average. The food is quick and good. The portions are generous. If you grab a menu and call ahead before you pick it up, it is always ready and hot. I lived in metro west for 3 years and now that i do not and still work in the area still patron this establishment. The hot and sour and wanton soup is excellent. The clientel could be better, but it is just the area that it is in. If you want designer Chin food go to PF CHangs, go here if you want it good, fast, and easy...

The food is amazingly good for the price and the wings are off the chain son. At first I was like 8 dollars for some wings and fried rice get out of here but when I saw them I realized they are 8 jumbo pieces like these bad boys look like they came off a pterodactyl. Also the fried rice was bangin. I have been going for years and hardly ever have an issue except they occasionally forget an item but thats cause this place is ussually packed all these people here crying are simply hating china lee is the bomb

This is the most horrible food Ive had and the worst customer service. offensive and insulting people. This is the third time I ask for food in this place and of course the last time. The woman who checked me by phone is offensive and the last two occasions I ordered food and the delivery volume 1 and 32 minutes late and when you call it because I get so late the delivery, she told me that if I did not like to return the food, and of course thats what I did. Unpleasant experience.

The only reason I gave it two stars was because the food was good but the service was a whole different story. They took forever and they started taking orders that were the same as mine and giving it to them first. I was going to eat in and they knew that yet they gave no spoons or forks to eat with. When I asked for some with a nice and patient attitude they gave me attitude. To clarify again the food was good but the service was bad.

I went there an bought two General Tsos dinners for my room mate and I. Brought it home, and the chicken tasted gross, worst "Chinese" food I have EVER eaten. It tasted like a cross between bad chicken and fish. I will NEVER go to China Lees again. Because of the reviews I have read I will not call them and complain. I will just find a different Chinese take out place. Go here if you want bad food!

Very unprofessional service. The owner was extremely rude. I see why he has lost his employees. After years of me coming here. I as well will no longer come back to this restaurant. Strongly recommend people not to come here at all. Unless you want horrible customer service and unsanitary employees. Health inspection needs to come and shut down the place due to pest droppings and bugs.
