Tried calling for a half an hour. Got hung up on. Placed an order with 3 different people and still managed to wait for my single order. Which so happened to be a sandwich. Manager was not accomodating. Only positive part was that a young employee came to apologize for inconvience that the dept. manager placed before me. I even explained that I had my emotional service dog, made me feel out of place, not helping my anxiety. Another service manager made the sandwich herself. Even offered the chx teriyaki for next time. She was understanding and even brought out my order when finished.

Buying a single sub was the longest experience of my life. Everyone from the people in the deli department to the people at the checkout counters were moving so slowly it almost seemed like a protest. Ive only got an hour for lunch, by the time I got out the door i only had 15 minutes to eat. And the sub was wrong. Ordered chimmichuri sub, got plain roast beef with spinach and onions on it. Suffice to say, Im never going back.

This Publix location brings their tagline to life - They make shopping a pleasure. The service at this Publix is amazing. Make sure to stop by and see Rose and sample what shes cooking up for the day. She always has a smile on her face and is happy to feed everyone. What a great store!

They were great. When I was at the register ready to buy my stuff, the cashier let me know that there was one of the items that I had that were on sale for buy 1 get 1 free. I was say that he was very diligent with his work and he also cared about the customers.

service was fine, i ordered a 3 piece buffalo chicken tender meal with a double side of potatoe wedges. The chicken was so old and dry i think it was collecting social security. the potatoes had a burnt flavor, i think Ill stick with the Publix on Silver star.

Publix is always nice and clean the employees r always friendly the management team r very helpful as well, i love the bogos and specials and the deli Subs r great one thing, your deli sandwich meats r to hight for people like me (the elderly)on fixed incomes.

I like publix simply because it is not crowded. There are not people blocking the aisle or stopping right in front of me as if there is no in else in the store. Yes the prices are higher than others but that is the price you pay to shop in comfort.

Very slow customer service desk when I was there, I had to wait at customer service behind a couple other customers for a SunPass, I am used to other Publix stores having SunPasses available at the express lanes.

Poor service in the deli. Placed an online order and still had to wait another 20 minutes in the store for 1 sub. The woman didnt want to cut more meat so she used a different type of turkey on my sandwich.
