Why do I continue to go to this Publix? Everytime I leave this store I wish I had taken the time to drive to another Publix. The customer service at this store is terrible. The hot section of the deli is poorly stocked at the dinner hour, no one offers to walk me and my two small children to the car, my produce is badged with heavy items so it is bruised when I get home, and the list goes on and on! Today the cashier/bagger dropped one if apples on the floor and then nonchalantly put it in my bag to take home. I always think "I only need one or two things it cant hurt to try this site again...WRONG!"

Shopping at this Publix is not a pleasure. Youre better off driving to a difference Publix where they actually have customer service. Not only is the product variety limited but the service of the cashiers and pharmacy staff are terrible and unprofessional. Youll wait forever at the pharmacy - try CVS instead your Rx will be ready before you leave the doctors office. The cashiers dont even ask if you found what youre looking for, if they speak to you at all - courteous at best. I am not used to such a poor grocery shopping experience and I wont be going back.

Honestly ; I dont understand why Publix is so successful. I was there yesterday evening & its plain to see your marketing scam. How many times a day do people fall for your so called "buy one get one free" its obvious your getting top dollar for product, & 9 times out of ten customers wanting to get it and go dont bother with your silly rules to receive bogo the "grand prize". I like Publix in alot of ways, I just dont like a lot of your terrible misleading marketing strategies that im sure plenty of the elderly fall victim to

I love Publix but this location was disappointing. Upon walking into the store, we couldnt help but notice one of the workers with a hair net smoking at the entrance, in front of the doors. People had to walk by him to get in and inhale his cigarette smoke. There were plenty of places off to the side of the entrance where he could smoke and be out of the rain, but he chose right at the door. Our cashier was not very welcoming. She didnt greet us in the slightest and just stared at as she began to ring up our purchases.

I literally sat on hold for about 10 minutes with the Deli. All I wanted to do was confirm they received an online order and that it would be ready in time since normally they are not! Its worse service than Walmart at 2:00 AM (I hate Walmart by the way). I wish management would get off their butts and do something before Kroegers comes to the area and people start going there instead of this location!

I went to publix and I had my 19 month old and 6 week old daughters with me. While I pushed a stroller and pulled the cart while both my girls were crying. I was soon rescued by a sales associate who walked around the whole store with me while I shopped and pushed my cart. Then I forgot an item, and the same associate ran back and got it for me. You made my day! Thank you!

Apluswrecker junk car removal services: I really appreciate the service this store provides i brought groceries there and for some reason i left an item Shalonda at the front desk took real good care of me,i will recommend their service to any one with a doubt about that store. Cleanliness,Organized.My kids love the store.

Their prices are too high. They used to be better than other stores so their higher prices made sense but today that was not the case. I bought a bag of navel oranges and they smell and taste rotten and bought two dinners but meat was overcooked and dry. Im very disappointed.

Shopping is always a pleasure, but the prices are a pain, especially when compared to places like Whole Foods or even Chamberlains. Target and occasionally WalMart have better prices on fresh items like Meat and Produce.

This is a smaller publix so they tend to have a more limited supply and selection then others I have shopped at. This publix has larger Spanish foods which can be nice and they are always friendly and helpful!

Great place to shop. Friendly staff and customer service is great. I only gave it 4 stars because it is the closest Publix in Winter Garden and they usually run out of good deals pretty fast.
