The cashier didnt know where the restaurant gets their meats from, lettuce is pre packaged, not fresh, she disappeared into the back so I voyage l couldnt tell her the sodas were flat. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was such a messy disaster, my bread was soggy and heavily coated inside and out worry so much buffalo sauce I have yet to stop sweating. I actually had to transfer the contents from the "sandwich" to a tortilla shell because I couldnt pick up this soggy, sorry excuse for a sandwich. Of all the things that a person can screw up on in their lifetime, a sandwich shouldnt be one of them. I will probably never order from planet sub again. I dont know who you paid to give these 5 star reviews because the facility doesnt deserve that much praise. If I could post a picture of this "sandwich", I would. If you want a half way decent sub, youre better off at a subway.

Unfortunately, the service and food quality were extremely dissatisfying. As soon as the cashier took my order they ran to the kitchen rendering me incapable of informing someone that the soft drink machine was turned off. To comment on the quality of the sandwich, my ingredients were piled into the center of the twelve inch sub with large amounts of mayonnaise with a remarkably uneven spread on my sub. Aside from the poor service and poor sandwich construction, the worst part of my meal was discovering the 3 inch piece of scotch tape slathered in mayonnaise peaking out half of my sandwich. Overall, I simply expected more from a brand new establishment in the area looking to gain a reputation. I also took to yelp because of the difficultly I had trying to leave feedback directly with Planet Sub.

Planet Subs food is delicious. Bread is fresh. Soft on the inside and crusty on the outside. Gluten free choice available. Tortilla and Romaine wraps also an option. Your choices are plenty when picking what you want inside your sandwich. Classics such as ham&swiss,turkey club&roast beef.Five chicken choices, Originals such as Italian sub called the Super Hero is my favorite (deli meats&cheeses are top notch). Some Originals have special (not so traditional) toppings like cream cheese but after tasting the Beefeater&the Experience I was sold.Kids meals which includes sub,side&drink are at an unheard of price of $3.49. Salads are offered in whole&half sizes as are every sandwich. Soups,side items&daily specials like whole subs on Wednesdays for $6($1.99-$2.49 off regular price)

Placed an on line order 1 hour before the delivery cut off ended. I did this because I called in, to see if they delivered. They said yes. I told them I would call back. He said order online, itll be easier. So I did. Get a call an hour later, stating that it was past delivery time. I said I placed the order an hour ago. The girl said "oh, well it just popped up, we cant fulfill your order, sorry." In a tone that was less than apologetic. Will not be going here again.

Decided to try a different sandwich shop after I had noticed Planet Sub (or Psub) on an earlier trip. The place had an industrial vibe inside. The sandwiches were good. The bread was tasty, the sandwiches are baked and the bread was kind of flakey/toasty. The ingredients were good and overall very tasty. Theres a big variety and they had no problem substituting. Overall a solid sandwich alternative to the usual places.

Planet Sub food is great, but its the people who really make this a five-star review. The management and staff was very helpful with me during an emergency, you wouldnt get that kind of service from most places these days. And did I mention the subs are reasonably priced and taste much better than Jimmy Johns or Subway. I would highly recommend planet sub for lunch or dinner some time

I absolutely LOVE this place. I keep getting The Experience (best grilled chicken ever, bacon, pepperoni, pepper jack, cream cheese, jalapenos, chipotle sauce) but with extra jalapenos instead of bacon and pepperoni. Their bread is made fresh everyday. Sandwiches are toasted. Their signature chicken has an incredible seasoning on it. For dessert, try their scotcharoos!

The subs are fresh. SO FRESH. The delivery is smart- Foil around the soup, pickle in a plastic zip lock. Meat, veggies, bread all delicious and fresh. Huge sub! Good hot soup. Very kind delivery woman, average delivery wait, fast ordering online. I will definitely recommend this place and bring my friends and family as well!

The menu options were abundant. I ordered a footling and could only eat half. We went later on weekend so there was no wait at all. It is step above the competition that has been leaving the area. Definitely will do again. The manager was very friendly and concerned on how our meal was.

Their oven-baked subs are the best! Something makes them so soft and pleasing to put into my stomach :^) My sister has a lot of food allergies, and the lady running the joint was nice enough to get into detail about their ingredients

Friendly service, lots of options, and most of all - delicious! I love the vegetarian options and customization. I ordered the barbeque tempeh sub and made a few changes. It was perfect and I will eat at Planet Sub again:)

A mixed bag. Pros: decent menu, decent prices, large portions. Cons: Every sandwich Ive ordered was too light on sauce. The service was mediocre. Some of the ingredients taste very Sysco to me.
