It was an absolutely horrible experience. I placed 12 orders on the phone from their on line menu. Then, when I went to pick it up the next day, it became apparent to me they charged me for the prices on their restaurant menu and not their on line menu. The difference is price was by $40.00! They then had the audacity to blame me for their mistake. They told me there is a sign on their door that clarifies the prices on line are different from the prices in their menu. I ask you, how would I know about this sign if I placed the orders at work from their on line menu? They were rude. They were disrespectful. They even insulted me on top of blaming and telling me Im wrong. The icing on this cake is that they told me previous customers have also had this complaint and yet they still have not updated their prices on line, and Im sure overcharged them as well. I have NEVER dealt with a company that blamed the customer for their fault. I urge you to reconsider giving this dishonest, rude and disrespectful business your money.

We just left 5th Ave. Deli & Grill and finish our meal, and I can say, Hands Down- this is the best Deli I have ever been too! Not only was the atmosphere and staff utterly amazing, friendly and made you feel right at home, I could not ask for a more satisfying meal! My daughters cheeseburger was humungous! My turkey club was busting at the seams with meat, and my fiancés Reuben was to die for! The homemade home fries were absolutely mouth watering. The tabouli was made fresh while we waited, and is purely a taste from Lebanon ! This place will be my go-to spot for every meal, and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know! I am completely blown away at this little gem!

Ordered carryout, was charged different than the prices are listed on the website and when I called to get it remedied they said "oh the prices are wrong on the site and the site says that all prices are subject to change anyways" no no the site does not say that at the time of writing this review. Also when I opened the meal, the portions are tiny compared to what they used to be and the whole dish was bland. 12.95 is NOT worth the chicken shawarma. I really doubt I will return.

If I could rate this pace -5 stars I woud do so immediately. I called in and asked to speak to a hiring manager, for the safety of a current employee, and was instantly hung up on by "the manager". When I proceeded to call back three times, they refused to answer the phone. Professionalism for such a nice place, is clearly not their cup of tea. Take your business somewhere else if you want good food and to be treated politely while eating it.

I absolutely love the 5th Ave Deli. The staff is always very friendly and the food is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It really is one of my favourite restaurants in Mayfield and perhaps the Cleveland area. I have never been disappointed with anything on the menu and I used to stop by almost weekly!

Huge portions, comfort food including wraps, sandwiches, soups, deserts. If a sandwich comes with fries- could make a meal for two with the fries alone. Some spices more mid-eastern than prefer; but staff will make just about anything you want, the way you want it. Very friendly staff, lot of regulars. Good for lunch or quick dinner.

Customer service is horrible. The owner (I think) is rude and condescending to patrons. Their prices are high compared to other local delis. However, despite this, they do have a good food selection. Their sandwiches are rather large and taste great.

My wife and I tried this place because we heard the soups and salads were good. We didnt have those, but...my wife had a burger and fries that she loved and I had chicken/pita dish with homemade hummus that was terrific.
