The store is okay but customer service is awful. I waited with my daughter for 7 minutes just for a cookie at their counter. Three people were working in the bakery and two in the deli. They all ignored us. Even the manager, she pushed a cart right by us and then went on the back on the bakery and chatted with the other workers while we continued to wait. I even asked twice for a cookie for my child, one woman said she was going to take a break and couldnt help and the other said just a minute, and never came back. It literally takes seconds to give a child a cookie. I was very aggravated. Eventually a woman walking by and saw my child crying asked if we needed something and she gave my daughter the cookie. Then as we were leaving, my daughter spilled her fruit on the floor and I had started cleaning it up and wiping the floor with baby wipes-I am in my 3rd trimester of my second pregnancy- all employees walked right by us even though we were causing a bit of a scene. Two employeed even complained as they walked for us taking up a large part of the walkway. I dont mind cleaning up the mess one bit as my child caused it, but it would simply have been kind for someone to offer a hand. Winn dixie is certainly not as pleasant to shop at as publix or sams. Winn dixie is closer to my home but I will gladly drive further to another store from now on.

They are cleaning, painting, breaking down, and resetting the store. Lots of items Im told will no longer be available. At this point in our history, we cant afford fibrous items anyway, but what I expect with this resetting, what will be left is high $$ turnover items. I pray not, but why do this to help others! Went into store couple nights ago, I have to say my first post isnt what I expected once they completed the resetting to Harveys, it might actually save you money now to shop there!... Im told that they will start staying open until 10:00 pm late September, 2017. That helps when those who work out of town and still need to pick up items before going home, or getting items after they get home and find out they are out of items for that nights dinner.

I had a great experience. The store is new and nice and clean with wide aisles. I was experiencing a lot of disabling pain today, so I rode in a buggy Rider, and a very sweet bagger helped load my Groceries on to the check out, then loaded them back into the buggy, and then she followed me out to my car and loaded my car with my groceries!! She was a very sweet girl...I wish I knew her name. All I know is that she is a young Latino girl. Pease acknowledge her efforts and customer assistance...she at least deserves that!

Takes a lot for me to write a review at all better yet a bad review .. This store was by far the dirtiest grocery store I have ever stepped foot in... The staff was so rude and almost bothered by any questions I had... All I know is that when it comes to a place where you purchase the food you feed your family it shouldnt be somewhere that is dirty and unkept

I applied for a job here and Im awaiting a call back but when I went for my interview I noticed the low prices on quality food. 1 being that they had ribeye steaks 3.99 lb and thats an amazing deal!! I would definitely recommend this place to friends to get their grocery shopping done here!!

Im Disgusted! I bought peaches from here two days ago and 2 out of 4 of the peaches had bugs in them. The first one had a live spider and the other one had god knows what type of insect in it. I posted pictures. I cant even believe they can get away with selling rotten, bug infested fruit.

My favorite store. Love going to this store. Staff is always friendly, courteuos, and helpful. Always a good parking space. Except around Thanksgiving and Christmas the check out lines arent long and they keep moving even though the cashier is having friendly conversation, she is busy.

Its dirty,l and looks as if its getting cosmetic fixes rather than really being renovated. The cashier was less than helpful when I asked about the new Plenti Card. She seemed very aggrivated at the idea of registering the card for me and kept rolling her eyes and huffing.

This Winn-Dixie is relatively clean has a wide variety of food selections includes a pharmacy. They do seem to have long lines at the register during busiest hours. The seems to be an understaffing issue. I hope they read these reviews and take an account that suggestion

Winn-Dixie has the best prices around and the quality of their meat is A+. I hate going to bigger stores that dont have food as their primary focus and you can tell because the products at Winn-Dixie are always fresh and the meat is the best.

Always neat and clean looking. Such a good selection. Sometimes when I go here there are not many check out lanes which gets annoying at times. Overall a good store to shop for your groceries.

Compared to other Winn Dixies, this one is a little dirty, cant say Id recommend shopping here if you can avoid it. The food quality is fine, but they also run out of things I want too.
