After seeing good reviews my husband and I decided to try this place for the first time... well needless to say we wont be returning. From the moment we walked in we stood there while multiple employees looked at us and never said a word until finally someone says "do you need a seat? There are some in the back." We walked back and multiple tables were open but only 1 was clean. We ordered a burger and wings. The food was great!! Except for the fact our burger came out with no bun. Then our burger sat there for 5 min while we waited for the server (who never came) so we went to the kitchen ourselves and asked for a bun. The server brought us back the bun from the kitchen and then never came back to ask us how the food was... matter fact she never even came back to cash us out. After sitting there for sooo long waiting, I had to get up and ask her to please check us out. The service was terrible but again, food was great. Will only be ordering take out if I ever chose to eat there again.

RUDE WAITRESSES!!! Except for one or two, youll be greeted with a take it or leave it attitude. And, be prepared should you complain about the food. They dont take lightly to that. Its above my pay grade to determine what fuels the waitresses pervasive disdain for decent, forget about exceptional, customer service. Ask them for a special request and watch their facial expressions. The regulars will tell you theyre all part of an in-house mini gossip group, sharing overheard conversations from non regular patrons WITH REGULAR PATRONS. Its sickening. Thats why I used to be a regular customer and chose to put the place in my rear view mirror, avoiding getting caught up in the cross hairs of petty, intrusive, childhood games. There is an attitudinal disease festering at The Brass Ring. Please stay away. Theres too many reputable food and beverage establishments in the area offering outstanding service with a smile and a wink. Best of luck to you!

Right to the point, we ordered burgers. They were more like Swedish meatballs. Mine had mushrooms - from a can, not good. Both burgers were not properly prepared. The remake on 1 was raw in the middle and the waitresses said thats how they make them. I cant imagine where they found their cook. There is absolutely nothing about the burgers that could classify them as "best of" anywhere! I seriously wonder about the reviews saying how good they are. For $8. you would expect way, way more and not be charged extra for fries (frozen from a bag, no less). If I lived next door, I wouldnt waste my time again. If you like crapholes with overpriced terrible burgers & rude waitresses, then give it a try. Ill have to see if the burgers stay down! On a positive note, the beer was cold. Dont believe any good reviews!!!

We asked for a table for 7, get seated and then are told that we cant have 7 people at the table... Then very rushed for orders with the waiter being rude as we order. Food came out fine but then comes the check. He took all of our orders on separate pieces of paper so it seemed like he would split the check (for 7 young adults) but he didnt. Then we ask him for the easiest way to split the bill and he blows up like its our fault. Get with the 21st century... And to think he was the OWNER! We passed plenty of good restaurants on the way down from Jupiter that we will definitely be going to instead of here.

We were vacationing in North Palm Beach for a week and heard about this place, but it really turned out to not be so great. Our waitress was incredibly rude, one of the worst weve ever experienced. It was truly amazing how unfriendly she was. A second waitress was much better, so we gave the tip all to her. The burger that I ordered "medium" was almost raw in the middle. This said, the place really seems like it could be fun if the staff could at least pretend like they like their job. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day but it was quite a disappointment.

BE AWARE OF THE WAITRESS WITH A VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE. WOMAN ABOUT 60 YRS WITH GLASSES WHO USUALLY IS STANDING BEHIND THE REGISTER. SHE THREW THE CHANGE ON THE COUNTER AND TREATED US RUDELY FOR NO REASON. ALSO MADE FUN OF OUR FRIENDS ACCENT THAT WERE VISITING. DOES THIS PLACE NOT WELCOME FOREIGN VISITORS ? IF THIS IS THE CASE THEY SHOULD PUT A SIGN THAT SAYS . I HAVE BEEN GOING FOR YEARS AND I AM SHOCKED TO SEE THE ALLOW THIS WOMAN TREAT COSTUMERS THAT WAY. I WILL REPORT THESE TO THE CITY AUTHORITY..

DO NOT GO HERE. The server was sooo rude and we never even got a table, she claimed she tried to call our name and said we didnt hear her. The restaurant is the size of my bathroom and she walked by us several times and NEVER called our name. Our friends were sat and they waited an hour and a half for their food and it never came (they had already waited an hour to be seated, when they were told 30 minutes). The server (who was also seating) was so rude and never apologized for anything. WILL NEVER GO BACK

Blown away by this place! Came here for a few hours one afternoon with a group of friends whilst visiting the Florida from the Channel Islands and had heard the legend of the burgers before we came. The Brass Ring did not disappoint. Ice cold pitchers? Check? Primo beer choices? Check. Insane wings? Got them. Great service? Yup. Awesome burgers? Hell yes. Really - insanely good. We loved our time there and the check was incredibly reasonable too - i would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!!

COLD, COLD beer, DE-LICIOUS WINGS, LARGE, LARGE burgers, and cooked to YOUR perfection. Wait staff is VERY friendly, very efficient and Jamie & Carol are our favorites.... ask for them, they will take care of you, not that the other ladies wont, I just dont know their names off hand. Juke box has a large variety, pool tables are fun to play on, wait is worth it. Order your wings "wet", garlic is a plus if you like garlic.... you cant go wrong at Brass Ring... no matter who you are!

Horrible service ! No valets parking my chariot , taking my bag and coat or fanning me with a palm frond ! Tasteless decorations , most food eaten with hands like savages , waiters not wearing white gloves and unable to recite menú in french! I will never eat there and I recommend all my aristocratic friends to never go there even though theyre said to have the best beef patties sandwiches and the coldest malt brews in the kingdom. Scandalous !

I ve been going to brass ring since 2008.it s visible when you re driving on us 1 noth palm beach.dont let the exterior look deceive you.when you get in it s whole different story.it s total American pup where you dine and eat.also pool table. Available. They have award winning chicken wings so it is a must try.I always get wings and burger.waiting time is a little bit longer but it is worth to wait.honestly .definitely recommended.
