Its a very nice place! The food is delicious.I like the Penguin Pretzel Factory! Nagyon jó hely, és sok finomság kapható. A személyzet nagyon kedves, a helyiség pedig garantáltan barátságos! Az üzlet előtt van kiülős rész is, választhatsz, hol szeretnél fogyasztani. Ha kíváncsi vagy, az üzleből beláthatsz a konyhára, nézheted, hogyan készül a rendelésed. Mikor kihozzák Neked, egyszerűen nem tudsz majd ellenállni, de vigyázz, meg ne égesd a szádat! Penguin Pretzel Factory offers delicious, unique food at an affordable price. The staff is always friendly and it appears to be a family owned and run business. The food is made fresh to order in my experience and they warn you of that prior to ordering. If time is of the essence, call ahead. Its never been a terribly long wait but is regularly 10-15 minutes, longer during the lunch rush. Ive been here many times and will continue to go back.

Aside from the tattoo shop I was visiting, Im unfamiliar with this area. After a 5 hour session, I was starving and my artist recommended the Penguin. I was pleasantly surprised with friendly service and delicious food fresh from the oven. The dining area is small, as is the establishment. We had the Buffalo chicken pretzel, stuffed with chicken and cheese and tons of flavor. Will definitely stop by when Im back this way.

A wonderful coworker introduced us to penguin pretzels. It is absolutely delicious and the entire office loved it! My son, fiancé and I went to lunch there yesterday and both of my boys loved it! The service was great and we will absolutely be coming back. Its refreshing to receive excellent and caring service and delicious food! I has the spinach Pretzel and my boy friend had the hotdog pretzel. We shared the pizza poop and the dark chocolate twist. It was in expensive and delicious. We travel to get to you and we will continue to do so. Thanks again for the wonder service and food a++++++. Liz and Steve

Went for the first time tonight. Ohhhhhhhh myyyyyyyyy goodnessssssss!!! Tried the chicken, bacon, ranch and cheese. It was made fresh while we waited and it was so worth it. I cant wait to try a different one! If youre wondering about trying this place, you really should.

Amazing place to go! From there sandwiches to there desserts its the best place around! Everything was hot and fresh and the owner and his son are very polite and very nice people. If you are ever in the area please stop by! Trust me you wont be disapointed!

Pretzels are good but their service not so much. Hours on google are incorrect to start, I had to call to get the correct hours, then I show up an hour before closing to get turned away because "they ran out of dough", not the only time this has happened.

Im a pretty picky eater, so I was skeptical.. but now Im there like 3 days a week- soo unique and delicious! My favorite is the Spinach and Feta with the Cucumber dill dip! Definately a MUST if you are in the area!!!!!!

This place is awesome. Small business that is family owned and operated, they recently expanded to a second location in Oldsmar. Definitely try the "Endandgered" for your entree and a Nutella stuffed dessert pretzel.
