Update.... 5-27-2017 First, it took quite a few minutes to get someone to wait on us at the ice cream counter....One table of customers already here and a man with his Laptop working at the stand alone high table, not sure if he worked here or was doing business. Then what bothered me is the girl telling us that they dont have chocolate dipped waffle cones because the chocolate melts......REALLY, no kidding. Just be honest you dont have any. So it is posted right above waffle cones, then chocolate dipped waffle cones, then fancy waffle cones. But hey they dont have chocolate dipped cones because the chocolate melts. I wonder if they realize ice cream melts and might stop having that. 5pm on 5-27-2017 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- We went there just for the ice cream so dont know about the donuts. I was really surprised by the lack of options for the ice cream flavors. The one milkshake cost more than the three other orders together. Over priced and not all that worth that price. When we were there, there was a couple in the sitting area where it looked more like some chairs, maybe a couch but no table I could see. These people were spread out and hanging out. Next thing I know they are emptying trash and doing some work. So I thought they were employees. No outfits though. So as I watched, they seemed to just hang out, go in the employee areas but friends of the employees not actual workers. I just was a turn off to see them going in and out of employee areas, handling trash then going behind the counter touching stuff after seeing them handle the trash but without washing their hands. If they were employees maybe they werent on the clock but still handling the trash then walking back where the found is being handled and hands unwashed. It just seemed like the employees there were not impressive. They didnt seem to care to be there. Maybe it will get better, well see. We were not impressed though.

Fast service! MORE like being RUSHED service! If i could give this a -star i would! Not Only getting my order wrong because they are too busy playing on the intercom and mocking customers!!! Ive been to this location several times before taking my daughter to school..so this is( morning shift. ) the first few times.. Great! loved the service. The staff were nice , didnt rush me. The last few times were horrible! I seem to be getting rushed!! And over hear several employees say, "come on come on come on".. and the speaker saying "Shhh!" Well recently this morning i decided to take my daughter once agian.. because there is a nice black lady who mostly does the window.. or the speaker.. Well today it has changed!! I will be reporting this morning shift employees.. until something is done! People should not be spending money at this place with crappy service! Getting rushed to make an order!! I Also was "mocked" because of my southren accent! I overheard a employee mock my words. "Id like uh"... then heard someone say "Shhh".. My point is you can not rush people to make an order for your day to go any faster .. the menu is on two boards.. and if your not a all the time dunkin donut eater.. youd like to take your time to see what they have.. CANT NEVER DO THAT! with childish employees! wont be spending my money here.. next time ill go inside to get my daughters hot chocolate with whip cream!

If I could rate this lower I would but whatever. Ive been to this location twice, once around the time it first opened and the second time today. Both times theyve gotten my order wrong. Also for some reason as we were looking at the menu, a worker just randomly came on the speaker with "how about a machiatto?" and some other unintelligible offers on random items. We had literally just told the original speaker that it would be just a minute until we ordered. Thats not gonna help me make a decision faster. I guess the half inch of pure sugar at the bottom is normal, thats not really my issue. My drink tasted pretty gross, almost like the milk was going bad and even though I asked for vanilla I could barely taste that. My boyfriends drink tasted like an iced coffee (what mine was supposed to be) with just a shot of espresso added. The shots tasted bad too. I also ordered a donut because it looked really good on the menu. Not so much when I opened the box. It tasted kind of freezer burnt.. I figured I would give this place a second chance but I was just as disappointed as the first time. Workers are just kind of there, I feel like they dont care about their job or the quality of their product. Im not a coffee or donut expert, and its not my intention to seem like one. Ive been to other Dunkin Donuts, and this specific location is just totally lacking.

Just No! Bad food, bad service! When we ordered our food they didnt have crescent rolls, so they substituted pretzel crescent rolls. But they were so salty it ruined my sandwich, we got exactly 6 hash rounds each, and they never asked what size drinks we wanted just gave us whatever. So my husband ended up with a tiny small drink and I ended up with a large one so big I couldnt finish it. Too bad he doesnt like my iced coffee drink or at least that could have worked out for us. We also ordered a dozen doughnuts half jelly and half Boston cream. Well instead we got barbarian cream filled powdered and all the doughnuts had exactly "because I scooped it out with a measuring spoon after the kids complaining" a teaspoon of filling. Not worth the 30.00 we spent. Not worth the time we wasted!

If you could put no stars I would. It took 10 minutes to get service we were the ONLY customers there. Then the ice cream was so soft out banana split was half melted before we could eat it. They had no chocolate syrup for on it so the guy put hot fudge on it. And instead of each scoop having one topping he put the toppings long ways. Then forgot the whipped cream, nuts, and cherries. Then when he did our it on after we asked about it. It was a VERY SMALL amount. Talked to the manager afterwards. He said if he makes it colder the girls cant scoop the ice cream. Sorry about that. Nothing about no chocolate syrup. Ill NEVER go there again.

Just dont even waste your time. I paid $4+ each for milkshakes for my kids...Two chocolate one vanilla...What I got was two chocolate milks and one white milk. I got a coffee said no sugar and I got a coffee with a mouth full of undisolved sugar at the bottom. Sent the coffee back said just put caramel and coffee...They send it back to me with the caramel syrup all at the bottom and creme in it.

I go almost everyday and get the same coffee, half the time they give it to me its not hot, they say its the amount of cream I have added to it. If thats the reason then why is it hot on the other days when I get the same amount of cream....
