Firstly I must say the ambiance was special. I visited alone as I do most establishments. I ordered the Cavetalli pasta offering. Cavetalli Pasta in a Short Rib, Radiccio, Tomato Sauce. It was incredible, hearty, scrumptious, I enjoyed until it was gone. I left wanting more! I give 3 Stars for the Dish! The ambiance/decor/theme were also enjoyed. Now Bar Tulia could easily have gotten 5 Stars, Only If, My server Mike had offered me bread! If he served my dish instead of a Food Runner he would have been asked! May I have some bread?! He failed to check on me within a 3-5 minutes, by that time, I was disgruntled and did not want to disturbed while enjoying my amazing dish. When asked if I was okay half way through, I waved him off and got back to pure deliciousness. Even though I believe the dish should have 2-4 oz more Pasta, I did not go away hungry!

Our server was great, but I wasnt that impressed with the Happy Hour offering. It was a great value, I think $5 for a big bowl of hummus and veggies, $4 for tasty cheese curds and a $7 Cocktail on special. Like the place, but I prefer their regular priced items on the usual menu. I have had really great food & cocktails here. The cocktail i had on special the other night just didnt taste more than OK. Still, its definitely worth checking out. Love their rustic farm to table vibe and staff are so helpful!

Bar Tulia is the only spot in Naples with an excellent bar program, and the talented, creative staff really brings it. The seasonal cocktails are interesting, well-balanced, and they pair beautifully with the excellent small plates menu. Service and ambiance are both delightful. Dont miss this spot (and be sure to trust the bartender to bring you out of your comfort zone if you usually order the same old Grey Goose martini!) Enjoy, we always do!

Definitely worth going for the happy hour drink specials but there is only one white and one red wine for happy hour. Draft beers are $4. Otherwise it is pricey. We had the octopus carapacio. It was different and delicious but extremely small amount of food for $16. The bar area is tight, it gets pretty full. They have a separate restaurant space next door that was packed as well. Very nice atmosphere and bartenders were friendly and attentive.

Your establishment was a really unique experience, totally different from all 5th Ave . The greetings from cordial employees, the music, the people, the wine list and food were all fantastic. Your Cauliflower salad , something so memorable that we are buying it at home. We were visiting Naples for our sons soccer tournament and hope they return soon to Naples so that we may revisit your lovely place!

Cute place with a nice selection of spirits. Menu is diverse, too. Bartenders werent very friendly and were on their phone behind the bar. For as much thru charge for drinks, I expected the bar staff to be more professional. Ive heard they have a good happy hour, but it wasnt mentioned and they didnt offer it. Feels European, though. Would like to try some of their food on a future visit.

Not to be confused with the excellent Tulia Osteria next door. This one, Tulia Bar, has apparently the same chef, so we were told, but its nothing to compare. The portions were small, overpriced, and quite ordinary. Tasted good and tender, but nothing special. We liked the cauliflower salad though.

Everything about Bar Tulia is right. Food, creative beverage, vibe, music, the sassy pics on the wall. Also the great rendition of the all too common current design of barn-wood-white tile. The best part? Almost choreographed, perfect. team-centric care and service given to the guest. Love it.

Everything was delicious. Im with a group of people and we all tasted reach others plates. And everything was amazing. Favorites were the saltimbocca, tortellini and seafood stew. The diavolo dessert is amazing. Make sure you save room for it.
