Good Afternoon..I have been buying the "puerto Rican Labelled" Bread at publix located in north miami for sometime, It has always been wrapped in plastic, Which helped keep the freshness of the bread..However the last couple of times I bought the bread it did not have the plastic cover, with the result being that the bread would grow stale and hard within the day..Because of that i will not be buying this bread any longer..I am hopeful that the bakery will again start wrapping the bread in plastic once again..Thank You..
