Estoy dándoles una estrella simplemente porque no saben cómo servirle a uno. Tome mi número, lo tome tarde y el hombre que llegó después de mi arranco 3 papeles de numero. Entendí que fue mi culpa no tomar el numero antes. Pero ya la señorita me llama el número y me va atender, justo en ese momento viene una mujer y dice que ella no tiene número pero que era la última. Que en ese momento no era verdad, la señorita le iba decir algo pero el señor que vino después que yo y arranco todos esos números le dio el de el. Inves de ser justa la mucha la atendió a ella primero. Así no se atiende la gente. For those who dont understand Spanish. Im basically giving them a one star not for the food but for service. I came in and forgot to take a number, thats on me. Guy that comes behind me yanks the numbers and takes 3. Okay fine, the ladies start calling numbers and she gets to mine. Just as I am showing her my number that Im next this lady jumps in front says she has no number but was the last one. The lady serving looked at her but then the gentleman who had yanked the numbers handed her his and the lady proceeded in taking her order and I had to wait longer. Thats not how that is supposed to work. And if they dont understand that they could lose a lot of customers because of it.

We have gotten food there 3 times.We are American.Thé first time the food was good and employee that helped my son was very polite.I am handicapped.Second time,the food was even better.And again thé employee spoke english and was polite.So we were impressed both times.Not the third time.The food was not good at all.Imperial rice had hugh pieces of chicken & pimento.Not even really cut.Pork meal full of grissle.But the worst.My son came out saying,He felt they were making fun of him.I asked why?He said,Because I am white.You know,a Gringo.Needless to say we will NOT be returning.I just wonder if it ever happens that a hispanic person goes to a mostly american restaurant.TY

Very awful service at your country walk location. Went in to order some food, ordered the oxtail the lady literally put one piece of meat on the plate then tried to charge me $12.00 ridiculous! Ended up going to El Rinconcito down the street and received double the food for only $8.99. People do work hard for their money. I kbow times are tough but that was too much. I WAS a regular at both this location and the location on kendall drive and 157 ave but sadly wont be visiting any of your stores anymore. Hopefully something gets done for your business sake.

Love their meat pastries, lechon, and chicharron. Ive been in there many times... Im a gringa who tries her best to speak Spanish (since rarely anyone speaks English)- sometimes theyre very nice to me, and sometimes Ill get a rude one. But the food is great, so I keep going back.

I have been coming to this bakery for years and I have yet to find another with better food, service. The people go above and beyond to meet and exceed your expectations. Their cakes are also always a success at our parties.
