The worst customer service ever!The bar staff does not know how to handle such a sensitive information as the debit and credit cards! The manager has returned the card to me in the end of the night, saying that he will not change me anything due to the poorest service throughout the night,and then in the morning I find a charge from that place on my account!!! Manager (or superviser,or whatever he is) is the LIAR!!! And now Im trying to get my money back, but there is no way to reach them over the phone! No one is picking the phone at any point of the day! On top of this I had an impression that none of the bartenders has ever worked in the service industry before, they do not understand what you want from them, and even try to ignore you at times!!! INCOMPETENCE IN EVERYTHING! How do you even expect people to come to your place if you are fooling them with their credit cards?!! I will make sure that none of my friends ever steps into that place! With such a horrible service and lying management your establishment will close down very very soon.

I went there last night, and left appalled. The waitress took my credit card and drivers licence and said per restaurant policy she had to keep them while I was there. I said I wanted them back, and she said she had to keep them until we left. We promptly paid and left. The bill was for five $10 coquetas, which she said was the only food they had, and also she stated only happy hour drink was beer and mojito bowl, which is not true per website and menu. In addition, she also said I could not have a glass of water, she said she could only sell bottled water. She also wrote "gringa" on the receipt, this day and age that really isnt necessary. I used to go to this bar often a few years ago, I am not sure if new management or what, but I will never return and do not recommend it, unless you are fond of giving your drivers licence AND credit card while you consume a single beverage.

Staff was nice. Went last saturday arpun 11p. Steep $20 cover when the place was half empty but coupons to use for drinks. Drinks were very weak and other Titos. Chairs are uncomfortable,metal or fan bleachers. Outside was very nice but not enough fans. Dj was HORRIBLE! He would start a good song then go immediately to a bad one or a totally different genre. Even the staff said the place wasnt that great. Nice for a casual date but not for a night out.

It is so loud! Like unnecessarily loud. Expensive food, amazing prices for drinks at the right time. I hope they succeed. But please there is never any reason for music to be so loud, its a lounge not a club. People wanna chill, and theyll dance even when they can feel their eardrums, and might actually prefer to have working eardrums

Came here with some friends, and was quite impressed. Happy hour is GREAT, many drink and food specials. Sat outside and there was such a nice ambience and the music was at a comfortable, but festive level. Service was a bit on the slow side, so that could use improvement, but will definitely come back.

Really cool new spot with incredible happy hour specials until 9pm ($1 mojitos and $10 mojito Punch bowls, in 6 different varieties!) Love the authentic Cuban theme, but the vibe changes later at night so likely will only be doing happy hour/brunch there.

Great atmosphere to have a casual date or get together with friends after work. Excellent mellow deep house is usually what is being played. Good selection of appetizers and a nice size indoor space usually used for events like poetry readings, etc.

Great ambiance and decor. Low score because of the bait and switch on happy hour and regular prices are more expensive than a Miami Beach night club. If youre willing to waste you money this is the place for you.

Great happy hour. Dollar mojitos are good. Music is a little bit too loud during afternoon hours, makes it hard to talk with people you are sharing the happy hour with.
