I love this place! Juan is great! I have been living in this area for many years, I had ordered food, cakes, etc for my personal gatherings an d for work. Food is great so are the prices. I highly recommend. Me encanta este lugar! Juan es súper atento! He vivido en el area por muchos años, siempre ordenó comida, cakes entre otras cosas para mis reuniones en casa y trabajo, todo siempre está muy rico y los precios son muy buenos.

Pésima atención muy poco profesional y muy mala actitud ; llevo 4 años fuera de miami y regrese a ese lugar porque tenía muy buena opinión de ellos pero el personal que tienen en este momento no sirve tienen que darle training de customer service

This place serves great food but has horrible workers. I walked in to eat wasnt even greeted. The only table left was dirty so i asked the lady if it could be cleaned and she told me that wasnt her job. I asked her if she wanted me to clean it for her and she handed me a roll of paper towel to clean it myself !!!! When she gave me my food it was literally slammed on my table with an attitude. They need new staff here if they want to keep up with competitors. Honestly dont plan on returning here

I live in Canada and Iam a Cuban American . The service has always been pleasant very Cuban. Cakes are delicious and very good $$. The Pastellitos aré k not the best but good . But I go there for there cakes . Over all good place to go and buy Cuban pâsteries in the area.

Terrible! Wasnt even greeted, lady was unpleasant. Bought a meat pastry and it was cold, coffee was not hot as it should be. Not to mention the cashier lady, rude as can be... I wonder if the owner is aware of their poor customer service. NOT GOING BACK.

The young ladies that work there are very rude and unprofessional and said that they had no sandwiches and it was only 2:50p.m. I definitely would not recommend this place to one.
