I go here all the time never had a bad experience. Til today. I normally always order the blt turker melt. Great sandwich. Today i decided to change it up for an italian sandwich. To my surprise i open the sandwich and find the ham full of green mold. I went back to the restaraunt for a refund. The woman tending me was denying it was mold. Ive been in the culinary industry for about 10 years. I have seen mold in many different colors, i know what mold looks like on ham. Green and white. The cook did not apologize and did not offer a refund. He asked if i wanted him to make a new sandwich. I obviously declined and then requested a full refund. Glad to say i have never served a customer in the many restaraunt ive worked at, anything that was rotten, moldy, or out of date. Not sure if im going back here again. This is the type of carelessness that can get people sick.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Couldnt ask for more. The food is great, you have to try the ham croquets from the house! Realy good! Excelente servicio, los trabajadores son muy amigable. La comida es bien rica. Necesitan probar las croquetas de jamon de la casa. Son riquísima!

I love and enjoy the food but only in the morning and early afternoon when it comes to the evening Ive had several bad experiences with staff and food I almost left out of there with my club sandwich looking like it came out of the fridge and I touched the bread and I confirm the bread was cold. Beware of evening staff and product." I left the sandwich without paying and I said the elder lady I am sorry but I cant accept this I have bad luck tonight bye and I left ". I hope did through the sandwich out and dont give it to no one else.

THIS BIRD ROAD - WEST LOCATION HAS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Theres a lady by the name of Beatris/Betty Who is the Rudest Person I have ever Met!!! If shes the only one there FORGET Walk Out!! Last time my family and I visited this location was last Friday 6/19/15. Again the same Lady Super Rude and made us Wait over 10 Minutes!!! Never Again!!! You can visit the other locations they do have GREAT SERVICE!!! What a Shame that the Management doesnt Do Anything About This!!! Its Their Loss!!

The pastries are always fresh and very high cuality as well as the service But the experience is totally different when it comes to the late afternoon/evening staff ,Not as polished or efficient as in the morning. The service is actually bad and not as pleasant . Im a morning customer and will keep being such.

I go every morning and have 5 fresh Croquettes and my Cafe con Leche before I head to Broward to work . Girls are great always friendly and I feel like family they always know what I want and always have it fresh and my Cafe con Leche is just perfect . I highly recommend.
