I called them and spoke with the manager about odrering a particular type of cake. It was for a birthday. Went in spoke with the same manager again, decided on the cake, paid in advance for it, and was told to come tomorrow. Next day came and went in to pick up the cake around 7 PM, and the cake was nowhere to be found. I asked for the manager; he was gone for the day. The girl i spoke with say that the manager never put the order through. Then she said the baker never made the cake. I was shocked to see such disorganisation and lack of customer service. I asked for a refund, and was asked if I can return the following day because she cannot do a return without a manager. In the end I was refunded, and took my bussiness to The Cheesecake Factory. The food & atmosphere is great! Im a complete sucker for the vanilla macaroons! The thing that gets me everytime though is the wait, no matter what youre getting, youre gonna wait at least 15 minutes for it in line. Thats because nothing has item tags on it, so by the time you get up to the register to pay you have 10 questions about bakery items before getting your food and paying, which takes up a lot of time when every customer does it. The employees dont pay any attention to you until you are infront of the register, with your wallet out. The food is also over priced. I spent $10 on two macaroons. Its ridiculous, all of the customers agree on the fact that everything would run much smoother if they just had tags on each item.

Pauls at saw grass mills gives you a bit more than healthy French Food. Their staff give you an unhealthy serving of rudeness, dont care attitude and appalling service. Drawing the attention of server Andrea to a fly of some sort in a custard slice we were about to purchase; she says with an absolute rude attitude: oh well there is nothing we can do about it, as we have open doors. A suggestion of a net of some sort in a heightened Zika environment was met with a shrug of shoulders and said you can make those suggestions to our management if you wish. Judging by the comments on rude service - the management is definitely napping.

One star for the food and one for the atmosphere. Ordered passion fruit tea and given plain iced tea. Asked the cashier and she was like still asleep. The lady who made the tea refused to try it to find if it was passion fruit tea or just mislabelled. She just stood there and insisted there was no mistake. She said I didnt taste the passion fruit because she didnt put sugar. Anyone who ate passion fruit before will know its tangy taste is very distinguishable. The plain tea that I was given was bitter and flat. The worst fruit tea I have ever tried. Very disappointed. Their service is not comparable to their food.

The restaurant is cute and charming. I am pretty sure the bread and sandwiches are amazing, but the salad I ordered was awful. The tuna salad comes with a cheap canned tuna (even my cat eats a better canned tuna) and on the menu it says green olives and they gave me black olives instead. I couldnt even finish the salad. Walmart sells better salads than that one.. The macchiato was very expensive for the size. I love the place and music but my experience with the food was not good. My husband loved the smoked salmon and Brie sandwich though.

Employee upcharged us for things we did not want or pay for (whole combo and potato wedges) even though we did not ask for this. Ended up being 30$ for two sandwiches which cost 7.95 and 9.95 respectively. Something is cleary wrong and the employees just shrug it off. Told us return the meal but still wouldnmt refund. Lucky for them the reciept doesnt show the price breakdown. Also nothing like the Paul in France.

Pros: nice place, great pastries and desserts, one of the best cappuccinos I ever tried (served in china cups!). Cons: awful and slow service, rude and lousy staff, DISGUSTING restrooms (absolutely nobody cleans them, even if the place is empty of customers). When the food runs out and theres still a couple hours to close, they dont even bother to offer more!

Any coffee shop or restaurant, they close after the mall hour,in 1hr or more Paul here in Sawgrass mall ,they close before the mall !!!! I know the people ,when they finish shopping they sit to drink coffee, And Paul around the world give better and basket bread, I dont know why only in Miami they r cheap,(put it pepole will pay ),

I love to go Paul but some worker who work only weekend is very rude. She doesnt talk us nice sounds like she doesnt like black people. She is a woman who is white age around 58 years old. Also the other boy who work there weekday and weekend is very dirty. He touch his nose a lot .... We dont want rude and dirty workers!

I visit Paul Bakery for the Macarons. However, last time I tried the Chicken sandwich and it was good, it is nice to have a sandwich that doesnt just taste like fast food. It is not very cheap, though, but macarons arent cheap, anyway
