As a frozen dairy connoisseur, I must say I was blown away by the quality of the ice cream in this establishment. Ive been to many places around the world, and have been searching for my go to spot in Miami. Thank jehovah I found the spot. On top of the great quality frozen dairy products they serve, I cant forget to mention the great service. I was helped out by Nicole, and she made me choosing and trying out different flavors a breeze. She was very patient, and provided some.of the best customer service Ive experienced in Miami. I am recommending this place to all my friends and family for their ice cream needs.

Only giving one star because I dont have any choice of giving less, I was at this location yesterday and the lady at the register couldnt be more rude and less caring. She seriously needs to learn some customer service skills and if shes not a peoples person then perhaps she needs to find herself another job. Ice cream might be good but Im sure the business will not succeed due to her rudeness, I will surely never go back neither recommend this place. I was there around 5:45 PM on Saturday 7/1/17

Good, but left us wanting for just a bit more flavour. The freshness of the cream, and the texture was great, but the chocolate wanted more chocolate. The vegan coffee was much tastier, is made with coconut milk, was very good. Love the idea of the whiskey and coke, but the sweet-cream flavour seemed to overwhelm the added flavours. Perhaps a bad batch?!? We will definitely give them another chance.

Very nice place with a few original ice cream and sorbet flavors. It would be nice if they had a few more flavors. If you ever happen to be served by Rachel be sure to take care of her because shell take care of you. Ive just happened to be waited on by her all three times Ive gone and shes a joy.

unhappy people makes bad ice cream, the vainila non dairy was old old very old and then tasteless. The person in charge couldnt be more nasty and unpleasant. I think that they should start get rid of the old ice cream before they get an inspection from salubrity.
