Food was okay and not as good as my local chicken kitchen. Came here for lunch and the guy serving me the food had the audacity to say that I can chop my own plantains when I asked him to chop them for me. His excuse was "cross contamination" but you can only cross contaminate food if your meat is raw. This service here stinks and when ever I asked for something I felt like a burden because of how they reacted. The setting to me, is very dirty. I definitely do love the chicken kitchen on Flagler though.

Stay away from brickell chicken kitchen as poor customer service apaprently is their daily standard . The fellow on the phone told us what we ordered with uber eats was correct and when it wasnt! He told us a chicken wrapito minus the tortilla wrap just the inside ingredients on a plate was the same thing ugh no wrong! This place is a disgrace for being located in this prestigious area of brickell. Wisen up before news spread ...oops it already did and no-one orders from your restaurant any more

Made the mistake of ordering a quesadilla. Took an extra 25 minutes compared to everyone elses meal... and you know why? Because although i reminded them 3 times, it was left on the burner the whole time. They still served it to me. It was so burnt i couldnt eat it, and i like my food kinda too toasted for anyone else. This quesadilla was as black as charcoal. Cant give them 1 star because everyone elses food was as expected. I would still consider this experience a 1 star experience

The service here sucks. Twice they have gotten my delivery order wrong and when I called after holding to speak to a manager for over 5 minutes I was told to go pick up the correct order that they had no drivers. He was rude and unapologetic and simply hung up. The other reviews are right one. Stay away from chicken kitchen brickell!!! Corporate should really look into this location as it is ruining their good name.

Worst place ever... I am a fan of chicken kitchen, but this specific one has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1. They charge for the sauces if the order is to go 2. They will only provide you with a pita only if you ask for it (everywhere else its included) 3. They will charge you if you change your rice type 4. They will charge you if you add any topping extra (everywhere ekse is free)

It can take a while around lunch because it gets busy and the parking situation isnt great either due to a lot of construction and general lack of parking in the area. Its better now that they have a lot next to it, but most people seem to ignore it because its a little pricey last i checked. Service is ok, honestly its what you kinda expect from miami. Food has never been bad or old like some people said.

Contrary to what Nayelee Diaz said this place is amazing I went with her the time that she got her food and the guy that served her does not work there anymore. I go there often and it is a great atmosphere and its clean not dirty like she said. Shes just mad that she had to be a grown girl and cut her food. The food is great and the place is amazing definitely the best chicken kitchen.

Order from this place once a while as I work in Brickell. Today, however i am extremely disappointed. I placed my order at 11:00am and received it at 1pm! 2 hours later. I dont understand what happened. When i called they said it was going to be a 45 min delivery time. But 2 hours, and i called 2 times and they just said they were busy. Will probably not order from this location again.

I dont usually go around leaving bad reviews because everyone has a bad day, but this place is ridiculous. I have to call almost everyday for the doctor I work with and theres not a single day that these people answer the phone with a decent attitude. Always rude, wrong orders, i dont recommend this location to anyone.

I hate the fact that they open at 11 a.m. and didnt open the doors until 1115 I have a 30 minute break and I didnt even get to eat my food until I got home way to go chicken kitchen!! how ridiculous is it that if you order a small you get two sauces and if you order a large you get two sauces wheres the sense in that

Delivery takes one hour MINIMUM. Food is ALWAYS cold, lady in charge i spoke to was extremely rude. They say they start delivery at 12:00 but they never have driver available until around 1:00pm. TERRIBLE.
