After 3 calls no one was able to take my order for delivery. The first time the girl who answer the phone with a very poor english (no problem with that but you can give that responsibility to some one more fluid) hang up on me so i call one more time and when she realize that was me again she hang up... again. i know she hang up because i hear the plastic click noise from the phone. On my 3rd call the manager took the phone in spanish ... back and forward about the awful service... no apology given and they hung up on my for a 3rd time in the middle of a conversation. I work in service too so i was calm trying to explain my point. We can all have a bad day but that is not excuse for bad service.

No me gusto la atención... a la señora le pregunté si habia menú en español y entendió si hablaba español( y ya veníamos hablando en ese idioma) y respondió con chiste que tome fuera de lugar...mas las risas que salieron de la cocina...

First off delivery from here is a pain in the ass. The girl that took my order barely spoke english. So of course she got my order wrong and overcharged me. Then I was told it would be about 45 minutes and it took 1 hour 20 minutes. When I called the guy didnt even care it was taking so long. He said the delivery guy had 7 orders! So they just make you wait forever so they can deliver everything at once. Last time I or anyone else from my job will order from here.

The rudest staff in Miami Beach - and that is saying a lot. The server prepared my chop with leftover chicken scraps. When I asked him for a chunks of chicken instead of tiny scraps, he became combative and argumentative. Eventually he agreed to make a new one, but gave me 1/4 the normal portion of chicken. When I asked for a regular size portion of chicken, the again became combative and argumentative. I walked out and went to Pollo across the street. SMH.

Service was terrible. The employees never looked up to see who was next let alone if anyone was waiting. They have two work stations and when you walk up to the counter they walk away. RUDE RUDE POOR SERVICE. its usually nice and thats the reason why I came back, but this time no apologies and no concerns for the customer.

Great place for a healthy bite. Offers chops, wraps, salads and even quesadillas. Usually busy during lunch hours, but the line moves quickly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming when you walk-in. I would recommend this place for lunch.

The lady that claimed to be the manager got upset at my line of questions and slammed my receipt and change on the counter rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. I knew I should have went to pollo tropical across the street. RUDE!!!

I really want to like this chicken kitchen. Staff is great and all but I have one issue with it. The chicken portion is inconsistent. Order a large and if that grill is low on chicken, plan on getting a small size portion.

The fat guy in the picture uploaded always talks over everybodys food. Thats why I left without buying several times or I wait till theres another worker available. Otherwise good food here.
