My husband and i stopped for a quick bite of lunch. Outside on the sidewalk an elderly gentleman sat in his wheelchair. We went in an ordered our food. Our food was brought to us very quickly by a courteous employee. As we sat enjoying our food it started to rain outside. The ederly gentleman was trying to get in . An employee went over and held yhe door for him to enter. As he passed by us we noticed he had all of his wordly possessions with him. An employee who was on break sitting near us seen the gentleman was going to the restroom. He got up and went and held the restroom door open. After a few minutes the gentleman came out and rolled to the counter. He told the employees he only had 3 dollars and wanted something to drink. They asked him what he would like , filled the cup and said no charge for the drink sir. I was touched by the kindness these different employees displayed. After the gentleman got his drink he went to settle at a table. I went over and asked him if he would like a chicken sandwichj or hamburger. He looked at me and said i would just like some fries. I went to the counter to place the fry order and Dustin an employee had witnessed our conversation. He told me when i went to pay we will take care of this. They proceeded to make the gentleman a full meal and took and served him. I was so touched by this act of kindness and grace by these young employees. Dustin then came to my table and told me Dairy Queen likes to pay it forward. I have so much respect for this company now. I just wanted to share that with everything going on in our world , Dairy Queen still holds values and empathy for the less fortunate. I am now forever a Dairy Queen customer. Thank you young employees for giving me hope in this generation.

Ive delayed rating and posting simply to get a better picture of this Dairy Queen. And I can honestly say in the 5 visits Ive made before posting this I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is excellent (especially for fast food), and the atmosphere is clean and neat. Would not hesitate to recommend this location. Bonus for a patio with fans, great music selection (by my standards...rock from the 60/70/80s), and all the profits go to help childrens welfare needs (mental health, protective services, etc.). Cant beat it with a stick.

Dont you despise when people move the finish line? First time ever not having the server flip any one of our blizzards and was informed the policy is that only one needs to be flipped. What1? When!? Guess who will not be going to this location, the only location that has ever done or said that. THIS GUY!! Maybe Ill here back from the manager Sarah, but it seems Genera(spelling) had the store under her control today.

Always been a fan of DQ, but this place blew me away! The staff was the most pleasant and accomodating. The place was IMMACULATE!!!! Kitchen area included. The most unexpected part was reading the large plaque showing it is NOT FOR PROFIT!! They donate all profit to a hospital dedicated to childrens mental healthcare. They also support other local and national causes year round!

Im slightly addicted to the flamethrower burger. This place gets extra bonus points because I went to visit one day when the power went out in almost the whole city and they tossed me a few chicken tenders as a thank you for stopping by. (I couldnt get my burger, but they won my heart.) I love a store with a manager that knows how to treat customers correctly!

Really nice staff and the food is done right. The issues with the place are The music is OLD, 60 years old, most of the artist singing are dead. This is why I gave 3 stars. The parking lot is way to small. The building is also to small for the amount of people that live in the area.

Crappy experience for just Dairy Queen. I asked for an Oreo milkshake and got an Oreo blizzard. And then I paid $1.94 for a kiddie cone and $.35 extra for sprinkles that were not on there what a total rip off a waste how hard is it to make ice cream like the customer wants and you offer?

The employees here are the nicest and most customer service oriented Ive ever experienced. Daniel took really good care of me and my preschooler. Its rare to find a place where they take such good care of moms with their kids! Thanks Dairy Queen!

Great place to go for food or just dessert!! The owner is AMAZING and helped out our school so much for our spirit night (DOES)!! Everything we have got there tastes fresh and cooked perfect. The ice cream is delicious!

This place is not good the manager Kya was extremely rude to me and rolled her eyes at me twice, the fries and chicken strips tasted like they were past due and not hot. This place needs a serious change in management.

Quick service from drive through and our food was good. Now they could do better with ice cream which they happened to make before our hot food so it was just left to melt.
