I just visited this location 7/20/17 pulled into one of the Stalls to place my order a lady took my order.. I then swipe my card through the payment machine twice.. I figured my card transaction went through.. The lady came out with food (whom appeared to be a manager on duty) told me my balance I then told her that I had swiped my card twice already and I cannot swipe it again because that I didnt want to get charged twice she gave me such an attitude took the food away from me walked inside and said okay thank you.. I would have least thought that she would have said maam lets see what happened and tried atleast help me out with the situation she did nothing all she did was took the food and went inside with such an attitude its so crazy to me that people in fast food restaurants always have an attitude if you dont like your job then quit.. NOT a good look for a manager..

I wasnt very impressed with this Sonics. Theres only two trash cans outside that were absolutely packed. Trash was being piled up next to both bins. When we were ordering our food, the employee through the speaker was very difficult to understand. I dont know of it was an equipment issue, or them mumbling when they spoke. But it was difficult. After ordering, we paid and waited about ten minutes for two burgers, tots, and soft drinks which is reasonable. The party on my burger was room temperature, while the other party on the other burger was hot and fresh. We ended up having them remake the burger. When the girl game out the second time, she was on her personal cell phone talking to someone with the tray on her other hand. Just not real impressed with this Sonics.

With all honest sincerity, this location is the WORST fast food establishment I have been to! It all began with pulling in to order some milkshakes but they were only doing drive-thru. Okay, here we go to order there and I wondered about the family size popcorn chicken box; how much is in there? The woman taking my order did not know how to respond only with "theres a lot in there". Well how much is a lot? Is it by weight? Forget it. Just got some milkshakes and once we paid (never got a receipt) we seriously waited for almost 10 minutes only to get the most melted, water-downed atrocities ever! I kid you not my milkshake was 90% whipped cream. Disgusting! Very ghetto, ratchet, and uncivilized workers here. Never again. Stay away everyone!

What a way to turn our family ice cream night into a nightmare! First they didnt have any bananas - with a Winn Dixie behind them. we finally got our shakes after what like 10 minutes then as we were leaving we happen to hear the lady say that "we charged them the wrong amount" as they didnt give us a receipt, we asked and then were told that we were charged for 4 shakes instead of 3 and the manager came out and after explaining, she said "well I really want to get you guys out of here, youre holding up the drive thru" and gave us the exact change back! As we left we realized we didnt even have straws!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced. My sister in law ordered a meal, never received it. When addressed, they advised they didnt have the buns that was placed with the order, NOT once did anyone say anything.. or even bother to take her payment. Everyone at the table of 6 people received their meal before she did. As well as, messing up on orders, and delivering food while TEXTING on the phone. Disgusting. We love sonic, and the food it brings. But who wants food when the people who make it, are horrible. Ill tell you, nobody.

Food was good but felt very uncomfortable sitting outside at the table with my wife and kids. We literally sat and watched a drug deal go down between the employees and a dealer in a rental car. Wasnt hard to miss considering we were the only customers there. Maybe thats the reason? Lets just say it was our first and last time here. And on top of that when we were finished we were unable to throw our garbage away in the cans due to them literally overflowing already.

I know Sonic is not a high class establishment, however I did think it was a "fast food" place. I ordered 1 chicken sandwich, a medium order order of tarot tots, and a banana milk shake. It took 23 mins for my sandwich and tator tots to come out, and then another 6 mins for my shake to come out. 29 mins for 3 items and there are only 6 cars in the parking lot 2, where here before me and about 3 went through the drive thru. Now I remember why I dont come here often.

Rude! Like crazy rude! They give us the food loose instead of in a bag then dont put the lid on the cups right. The drink went everywhere. The window attendant just stood there and laughed and didnt even give us napkins until I asked. Then she hands me like 5 and runs away till I leave. On a previous occasion they made fun of my order. They kept getting it wrong on purpose and then act like Im the unreasonable one when I ask them to just take my order.

While on a 30 minute lunch period, I figured it wouldnt take that long to get soda, popcorn chicken and fries. After waiting 20+ minutes, I asked for my order to be canceled and refund my money because I now had to go back to work. That process took another 5 minutes. Now, Im late, no food and very upset. Dont go here unless you have a lot of time to waste for some food. Really, go to a sit-down restaurant, they would be faster than this place.

Went to this location, ordered my food, right after ordering and receiving my food. I asked for ketchup and mustard packets told them I already ordered my food but forgot my condiments... never got anything. The waiting time was super slow.. even drive threw was very slow I ordered a sonic blast snickers and they gave me a totally different flavor.. which had brownie and cookie dough... worse service ever. Will never go back there ever.

This is the worst run sonic ever. None of the employees on any shift understand what theyre doing. They have never in the five times Ive been here got my order correct the first time. The food is good so I will continue coming by and continue to write reviews. Maybe corporate office will finally train employees here so theyre able to do their job correctly and fire any management that is working here on Dale Mandy.

I will never come to this location ever again. Everything was fine ordering but if you want to sit outside good luck finding a clean table. Ordered a foot long coney dog combo and the bun was hard with mold and my totes were hard enough to break a window. Had A order of fries that sat around for who knows how longer before being served to my party. I was extremely unsatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The service and food was good at 5:00p.m. but do not go after 10:00p.m. the service personal were extremely unprofessional, and very slow, and the food was cold even tho we waited 35 minutes at the window. The person in front of us waited just as long as we did. So in all we waited about an hour. They evidently dont have a manager on duty at night. I dont recommend going at night.
