I have been to nearly every Starbucks around here, the one on 436 by Walmart/panera, the one by first day watch(tat one breakfast restaurant), one in the outlet, ones in ocoee and by far the best service and friendly environment. When they are slow and does not feel like they meet ur satisfaction, they give u a free drink on them. I even tried to offer money for it but they wouldnt take it. I dropped my latter and offered to pay for it but just gave me a new one free. The one in outlet was horrible BTW, the workers are not efficient, they talk to customers on and on when there is a line out the door. They do not put enough milk or syrup, Ive had better tasting coffee from 7/11 for half the price. I also enjoy this Starbucks cuz of the drive through, their working speed even with a drove through window lets u no they r hard workers that does their best to provide good and quick service:)

Ive never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks. I ordered a Starbucks double shot with light ice, extra cream and got the rudest look. The person taking my order proceeds to tell me thats not how you make that drink with a bad attitude and that Im changing the entire drink. Even said I should charge you extra for the breve. I didnt go to coffee school, so I dont know the difference between different drinks.I just know I need lots of caffeine and no other additives, because my pancreas reacts to different sweeteners and flavors, having the opposite affect coffee should have. I go to Starbucks to treat myself and have a good morning. Today had the opposite affect. Felicia, however was friendly and explained to me that maybe a latte with an extra shot would be a similar style to what I like. Ill just make my coffee at home from now on. Happy Monday...

This Starbucks location mentioned above, is more than just a brand name. They meet the professionalism, standards, demands of the franchise, and the quality of service that the employees offers are excellent. The baristas have exceeded my expectations, wish is a great representation of the company. Definitely I will recommend this location to any family and friends from around the area. Ive been going to this location for over 10 years. Long before the last 3 horrible managers have showed up on the scenes I was getting my coffee here. Parents BEWARE! The skinny blonde female barista talks like an ex-con in front of children. Someone needs to bring a law suit against the district manager for promoting the worst and realitives/friends instead of career minded long term folks who have been twith Starbucks for years. FAIL.

I have been going to this starbucks for awhile now and Ive never had bad service and the lattes are amazing. the staff there is so friendly and after about my 5th time through the drive through they knew exactly what I was going to order before I ordered it. I sometimes go to other starbucks and the staff at this location have treated me the best.

The only two times Ive been to this location Ive had not so great experiences. The first, the employees were distracted and even though my husband and I were the only two people waiting it took forever. Then my sandwich was stale. Really stale. This time I was just rudely treated by the person working. Whats going on with this location???

I go to this Starbucks a few times a week and the staff is wonderful. My daughter loves Felicia and we find what times she is working just so she can go tell her hi. Everyone else is great as well. They always make my drink like I want it. They will always make another if you dont love it. I recommend this location!

I do not drink coffee but I do love their fraps. This location is small but very nice. I became a regular for awhile and the staff learned my name within two or three days and had my usual order memorized by week two. I only stopped going because Starbucks is a bit expensive.

I was there yesterday at 9:55am. I had the worst service from Mariah. She was extremely rude. To top off this horrible experience my latte wasnt even made right. I go to Starbucks everyday and have never had such a bad experience. I will never come back to this location.
