We ate there last night. It was awful! First the booths and tables were so old the fininsh was off the table and the springs were creaking when you slid into the booth. The people were LOUD!!!! obnoxious loud and the waitress chimed right in. Apparently they were locals. The music was top 40s... blaring in your ear. I was hoping it would cover the hackling that went on for over 10 minutes and then restarted again by the waitress hearing the story over. The "bourbon chicken" came. It looked like soup. It was drowned in sauce and there were these chunks of rubbery meat. Not sure what it was. It wasnt chicken...I would bet my life on it. My recommendation would be to eat at McDonalds the mc wrap would have been much better. Be Ware!!!!!!!

Great sushi, pretty good Chinese food too. Whenever we crave Japanese, we make the trek to Homosassa. Its not the fanciest restaurant, but the food is worth the trip. And the owner always greets us warmly. Its very casual, so unless theyre busy, just seat yourself. We always get the Mexican roll, cucumber roll, negamaki, --I get hot tea and he gets hot sake.. . and whatever else were in the mood for, and its always yummy. Weve never been disappointed with the food. Though service is sometimes great and sometimes not so much. Tell the owner Charlie "Jim and Candice sent you"

Sushi was good ... not excellent, but good. The waitress was a little forgetful. She would ask if we wanted something then get sidetracked for an extended amount of time, then finally bring what you requested. Im a big sushi fan and have eaten sushi in 50 or more different restaurants, so when I say it was good sushi, I am comparing it to some really great sushi. The food and service leave this restaurant at 3 stars. Dont expect fantastic, but if you want decent sushi and a cold beer, they have you covered.

I was just forwarding the restaurants info to visiting friends and thought Id share what I know re: Charlies place. I wont go as far as recommending a dish as |m certain we dont share the same palate, I do, however, get the Gator Roll and depending on the time of year a locally wrangled fish additive. In fact, the thought of devouring a Gator Roll and something else(s) look to be this eves forage (hunting and gathering) Ive never had anything that wasnt EXCELLENT! namaste

Superb sushi - some of the best Ive tasted anywhere in Florida - in fact, anywhere in the USA (a restaurant in Roanoke, VA, comes close). Its hard to rate service, as for some inexplicable reason I was the only person eating there, so obviously I was waited on attentively. All the staff I met were extremely friendly and helpful. Id very highly recommend Fuji Asian Bistro, and next time Im in the area Ill definitely be making a bee-line to eat there.

If I could put zero stars I would. All these reviews are either fake or these people have never eaten real sushi. Their speciality sushi menu was tiny and I have never heard of a sushi place that uses fake crab.Usually when I go out to get sushi I eat everything even when Im stuffed. I couldnt even finish one of the rolls at this place. It was gross. Ive paid less for better sushi. The only positive thing I can say is the wait staff was nice.

Truly a great place to eat Asian food..you might not tHink it possible to "fuse" Asian food because its so diverse, but they do an awesome job..I love their sushi..Ive eaten it in Japan, Hawaii, Saipan and all over the USA, and Fuji Asian Bistros is excellent!! Likewise, the Pad Thai is a wonderful example of Genuine Thai food...same goes for the Chinese food! Were fortunate to have such a great place so near!

The food is fabulous best Asian restaurant in Homosassa one of my favorites. Charlie the owner is personal friend and always looks out for me introducing new rolls. The koi pond in the atmosphere is so relaxing. Highly recommended two thumbs up

What a great place. Staff was wonderful and the owner who came out to ask us how everything was, and he was just the nicest guy. And the food.... WOW! we have sushi and sashimi and it was awesome. Ps try the alligator roll. So worth it!

Only one waitress on the entire evening. Almost everyone at our table had something wrong with their order, be it forgotten, ignored or wrong. Food was good though.
