Edit**Ive decided the one-star reviewers must be competitors, or they just dont know good Chinese food. Seriously, I dont review restaurants, but I love this place so much, I just had to.** Edit2**Ive never gotten free appetizers, but if youre looking for a good appetizer that costs money, the fried sugar-coated donut puff balls things are great, but theyre definitely not healthy (I get them for a friend so Im not tempted to have more than one)** Ive been going for years, its always the best local Chinese restaurant. Really, its just the plain best local restaurant (I guess I like Chinese). I usually get bourbon chicken, but when I want something healthier, I get chicken and broccoli with sauce on the side. My friend gets cashew chicken, and he recommends it. Btw, general tsos chicken isnt healthy anywhere you go, even here (so if youre looking for something healthy, and youre hoping general tsos will meet your requirements, it wont). I will, however, say that their chicken chow mein is nothing like the stuff in google images. Its like a cabbage and boiled chicken stew with fried noodles on the side. Would not recommend unless youre sick.

You know when the world start cookin cat and serving to human that is really bad I would never go back there to eat because they cook cats kill cats and serve it to the customers and if they can catch dogs they would serve the dogs that is one nasty restaurant they seem so freely smiley smiley but they are sneaky slanted eyes and evil oh and I forgot to mention we all got sick off the food and the man tell me is something in your house is something in your house and he refused to give me melt a refund back

Just saw an unbelievable thing. A woman accused the family of being racist. She tried to make a huge ruckus in the restauarant, but the lady in the front handled it perfectly. She apologized profusely when she did not need to. There was no signs of racism when she was taking the order. I did not see anything that would seem racist. The food is great, they always give me a phenomenal service. I am never disappointed. And it just hurts me to hear someone accuse them of being racist.

Excellent food, with excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. To the person claiming their son got food poisoning from the House of China within "just a few minutes" of eating the food, thats NOT HOW IT WORKS. Im not asking that you attend medical school, but please Google "how food poisoning works" before attempting to besmirch an venerable institution such as this.

The best Chinese food in Lutz. Believe me, we have tried others. This has been our go to for four years now and they never disappoint. The family who runs the restaurant is always so nice and always consistent. Every other Chinese food in the area is awful in comparison!

Ive been going to House of China almost my entire life and it is delicious, consistent and fast. The wonton soup, lo mein and *crab rangoon* are my favorites. I find myself comparing other restaurants crab rangoon to theirs and House of China almost always wins.

Great Chinese food is a rarity down here so House of China is one of the few places I go for Chinese. Only complaint is no delivery.
