Walked in to place an order with the gentleman who was at the front. He allowed me to stand and wait for about 5 minutes waiting on him. ( on a non busy day) Didnt even offer me a menu to look at in the meantime .. I then get his attention and ask if I could order. He goes "Oh Ok" , ... I asked him about a dish I had tried there before that I didnt recall the name of. I knew it had eggs , broccli, and chicken in it. Considering this is a Thai resurant and the menu is confusing if you arent familiar with the names of Thai foods. Anyway, he just says "We dont have that" ... Umm how can you say you dont have something , that I are from your resturant just the week before, and something you didnt even take the time to look for on your menu , to help a patronizing customer? To be honest , this restaurant has disgusting customer service. If you are not a REGULAR customer, good luck trying to get someone to take the time to help you interpret their menu. I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting to be treated like a respectable human being.

First, let me say the food was OUTSTANDING! But thanks to a recent article in the newspaper, the place was slammed..........and the owners/staff were not prepared for the sudden notoriety. After a short wait, we were seated at the first table on the right. NEVER again would I let them seat us at that table. When all the folks came in that had to stand and wait, they were standing right next to our table looking over our shoulder at what we were eating. It was not a pleasant dining experience. The other thing I was disappointed in was price/portions. Paying $11 bucks for a chicken curry dish served in a 1/2 filled soup bowl seems a bit pricey. The plates were brought with a small amount of white rice molded by a cup turned upside down on the plate. We had to ask for more rice.....brought one at a time. Great place to eat. But if you are in a hurry or dont like small little crowded places, best you come back sometime when they are not busy.

We had take out from this place one time about two months ago. Food was just ok. Liked it enough to try it again, but they were closed for vacation. Then we tried one more time. We called and asked what time they were open until. They said, 8pm. When we tried to call back about half and hour later around 7pm the phone rang repeatedly until we got voicemail. Over and over we tried to reach them and they refused to pick up (claiming on voicemail that their dining room was full and they couldnt come to the phone). My significant other showed up there. They were not very busy and they were rude to him and just kept justifying letting the phone ring constantly. They told him hed have to wait 45 minutes if he wanted take out. He said, no thank you and called me to let me know he was leaving. We decided to try a new place. Made a call to Bangkok Thai in Beverly Hills and let me tell you, boy Im never looking back. The quality is night and day.

Honeslty this was the worst "Thai food" I have ever eaten. My favorite food is Thai and I have been all over the US eating this stuff. I have ordered from here twice and both times completley disapointed. Today I ordered the Thai Chili basil with chicken and my boyfriend ordered the Pad Prig Khing with pork. Our dishes looked identical and the meat looked exactly the same. My dish tasted like everything was sauteed in soy sauce with basil. Worst of all these dishes are traditionally served with noodles and they left them out. This is basically chinese food with a few Thai seasonings added. Liz NY, NY

Wonderful service, excellent Thai (Thai spicy is Thai hot for sure not simply extra salty), fair prices. I ordered the fingered chicken and noodle soup. Both were very good. You can taste all the flavors, not just heat and the food is not overly salted. I do not cook with salt, so most food is too salted for me. These folks use spice and herbs and garlic for flavor. The owners very attentive. Listening to the ladies educate the gentleman (owner) about the three different types of fresh basil they were cleaning was hillarious and educational. Definitely give this a try.

Best Thai I have found around this area. Family owned and operated and they are fantastic! Love this little place. Food is very tasty and plentiful! Double Delight with the Garlic Sauce was awesome as well as the Triplle Delight with FIsh/Scallops and Shrimp with Chili sauce. Golden plate that is appetizer was perhaps some of the best ever Crab Rangoon I have ever tasted along with the Veggie Tempura, Shrimp, spring rolls and fried dumplings. All very reasonably priced. One of my new favorites and will be a frequent visitor.

High quality Thai food (American style). Real crab in the CrabRangoon, excellent soups, panang curry (my fave) is great, and an excellent fresh delicious Pad Thai. Beer is the only weak spot: but thats not their fault (they have the licence): state law means they must use a distributor (cronyism) and *those* people couldnt care less that diners want a fine Thai beer with their fine Thai food. So Heineken and Tsingtao will have to do for imports. Excellent service, and deserts, tho those tend to sell out early.

We love typhoon. Problem is they continue to run out of Fresh Rolls and when your taste buds are set for Fresh Rolls it is very frustrating. Has happened no less than times and we drive 14 miles to get there. I just left again because they are out. They need to fix this problem for customers who frequent their rsetaurant. Dont normally do less than 4 stars but this deserves some attention.

Food is good. The only complaint is that they dont give you the option how much tip youre going to give. The owner filled out the tip portion and computed the total for us. When we asked about it and told them that we usually give 15%, the owner/manager demanded higher than usual (which we dont mind giving them), but because of the way he approached us about it, it was a major turn off for us.

Above average. Very busy. No real ambiance. If u want take out, you better call early. If they are too busy inside, they will turn you down. Service is the reason I didnt give 5 stars. 2 visits there, couldnt get water or drink refilled. Also got my order wrong last time and expected my company to eat before me. I asked for our food to come together and it wasnt a problem.

3.5 stars. I believe that Pad Thai is the quintessential Thai dish. I had their Pad Thai. I think is was lacking on veggies. Also. the forgot to add lime and they had no Thai chili red sauce. Non the less it was still tasty and I enjoyed it. A big plus is the family whom runs the restaurant is very very nice and welcoming.
