Not sure what is going on at this location but the service has gone downhill. Was there the other night. Waited over 15min. In the drive thru line only to be told nothing I wanted was available. I tried ordering banana split blizzard, Royal cheesecake blizzard, triple chocolate brownie dessert, and was told NONE of it was available. No alternatives were offered. Called to complain to store manager who turns out to be the same girl who was working the drive thru. She had a smart mouth and was argumentative which only upset me even more. At one point told me the bananas were too soft. Which in other words, is basically admitting they were rotten. There is no excuse for multiple items on the menu not being available due to rotting ingredients. This location doesnt appear to be understaffed as the kitchen looks FULL of kids who are goofing off and just dont care about what theyre doing. Will never come to this DQ again. Considering how poorly management and employees treat customers I can only imagine what the sanitary conditions are like.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. They really do have horrible customer service as the other reviewer said. I have given this place multiple chances. I always ask for a banana split blizzard and it always comes back as basically vanilla ice cream with two maybe three slices of banana if Im lucky. An actual banana split blizzard has more ingredients(strawberry, pineapple). When I asked the manager (he was the only one at the counter) if I could get any strawberries, he declined and treated me in a very rude, awful manner, not how you treat your customers. The manager had no clue about customer service and is honestly just a miserable person to deal with.

Terrible customer service, I waited over 22 mins for two burgers and fries.... not only were my fries cold when we finally got our food, but also my burger was supposed to be no onions and they we of course onions on my burger. We git apologize or explanation for why we waited so long. Now as I finally get my food there are maybe 4 employees visible but there were two of them sitting down eating as the store is full and people waiting to still order. Sad cause I love Dairy Queen.

Employees didnt know the products. After ordering was informed oh we dont have that no alternative offered. Main area trash on floors and tables dirty. Exterior tables dirty trash on ground and parking lot. Waited 10+ min for a blizzard. No apologies just here and walked away. Nobody in charge. Second visit to this restaurant will be the last. first visit just as dismal gave it a second chance my bad.

They dont pay attention to what you order and you always have to go back to change it. Employees are not friendly & talk to themselves too much. Maybe thats why they cant get an order right. Also, portions are always small. Cups of ice-cream 3/4 full & the banana boat has more banana than ice cream. Keep going back cause its the closest to my house. But I wish it changes.

I do not recommend this Dairy Queen to any one. Horrible customer service. The cashier who took our order was rude and mixed up all the orders. Took almost an hour to make a small vanilla and Heath blizzard. Its not rocket science! The one thing they should get right, the blizzard, tasted terrible. I had to give a star to write a review, but honestly they dont deserve any.

The food is good but I think they can be better you have to wait awhile for your food because its cooked to order butt when you get it its not hot enough plus ordering a large onion rings looks like a small and the cashiers who takes the order always mess up whatever you ask for overall the ice creams are good and the food is OK

Customer service was horrible when what I ordered was made with stale buns and fries. I asked for my money to be refunded after driving all the back to the dq to show them my disgusting order. Just plain rude aweful service. Manager didnt even refund me the full amount and quickly shut the window on me.

Theres not many Ice cream places where you can go through drive thru and order your ice cream. I love the convenience and i love their ice cream. Only reason i gave it a 4 star was because there are times i go for chocolate ice cream and they dont have it so i have to settle for a sundae.

Not really in line with the rest of the company. Usually busy and usually slow in the drive thru. They refuse to turn your blizzard upside-down, and items are usually made and waiting too long because of the wait. The food is good, but the service is rather lacking.

I ordered a banana split at 9:11 933 I got up to see where it was they told me that they have no bananas the bananas arent ripe so they gave me banana blizzard instead 22 minutes to figure out if theres a customer waiting for banana split and didnt get it

Worst customer service for any DQ. Took 45 minutes to get ice cream as if they had the churn it themselves. Watched two employees trying help a guy on the phone instead of preparing orders for the ten customers in front of him. Do NOT go to this DQ.

The chili dog was old and the bun was hard as a rock, the caramel sundae was delicious, the dipped cones were good but the chocolate was to thin, the fries were really good, and the saddest Dairy Queen Ive ever seen. Secret shoppers should be sent

My bestie Cox was highly disappointed with this establishment based upon poorly customer service. They couldnt provide our food in an orderly fashioned time. Luckily once he demanded a full refund, they were kind enough to give it back.

DQ is a great fast food, but this location has issues. I will not go into details but upper management should visit unannounced and be a regular customer. Honestly Im not buying anything from that location anymore.

Food is delicious but service is horrible, the last 4 times I went they forgot to bring us order and missed up our Blizzards. A lot of young teens working and playing around. Never see manager on floor.

Fast food ice cream joint. Many shakes and other processed ice cream treats. Burgers and other "grill" food is mediocre at best. Nice for a quick outing with the kids.

Good lunch specials. But have to repeat my order numerous times when in drive thru. Plus 2 out of 3 they are out of the soft served chocalate ice cream.
