Bad Experience. I placed an order over the phone for a medium carribean pizza. The girl on the phone said that the order would be ready in 30 minutes. After 40 minutes had passed, I arrived at the location and when I told them I was there to pick up my order, the girl said that the pizza had not even been made yet, that the pizza maker was gonna start making it now. WOW ! I was so dissapointed ! I ended up canceling the order. What did she expect ? She expected me to wait another 30 minutes for the damn pizza to be prepared and cooked ? They offered me NOTHING in return for the inconvenience. That struck a nerve and really PISSED ME OFF ! It felt as if they simply didnt care that they had made me waste my time. ⚠️WARNING⚠️If you ever place an order over the phone at this place, make sure to call them and make sure its ready before heading over there to pick it up. They might give you the same treatment they gave me.

I will be making another review on their pizza. My sub was made nicely, I got the Italian sub from them. I couldnt believe how great it tasted. It filled me up within half of the sub unlike subway would. They offer many varieties of food. Pastas, pizza, subs and much more. The best way to describe this place: A hole in the wall. There is about three tables you can sit at but its small. They make the pizzas right in front of you and the pizza boy would always his customers if they liked it. He would also ask me if someone attended to me but I was already attended. You could see whats going on in the back. I would pick this place over a Pizza Hut since you do not know how theyre making your pizza. The customer service is great, the employees at the front would explain their plates of food to me and gave me suggestions. I would definitely be coming back to try one of their pizzas.

This place has some amazing pizza, and great service. Being from NY I have certain expectations and they meet the taste challenge. They also know how to fix any mistakes they might make. I ordered from the shop a half- Hawaiian half-pepperoni and when I got home it was only half pepperoni. I called to express my discontent and they quickly offered to rectify their error by bringing me a Hawaiian pie free of charge. I did not expect this, nor was it the reason for my call as I just wanted them to know about their error, but the fact that they were so quick to offer to fix it made me very happy. Kudos to your customer service Manhattan pizza. I will be back!!

FOOD: Excellent and delicious, my favorite spot in Hialeah for NY style pizza, sold both by the slice and by the pie. Thin crust and good cheese and sauce. 5/5 SERVICE: Friendly staff, specially the owner. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. 5/5 RESTAURANT: Very VERY small, sits only 3-4 people inside on small bar stools and 2-3 small tables outside. Would recommend taking food with you and eating elsewhere. 4/5

This was a surprise find. The pizza was DELICIOUS. They use all fresh ingredients and high quality cheese. My small group of three managed to chow an extra large pizza and 12 garlic knots... which is a rare event! This may be a better take out spot than eat in, as it only has a small bar style sitting area looking out the window. We ate in however and it was clean and comfortable enough for our small party.

They fired the head pizza maker and now theyre making garbage. The best pie maker was the tall guy with chubby cheeks. Anyone else does not compare. My pizzas were ham slice thin and barely had any cheese. There were areas which had no cheese nor sauce at all and was just bread. Honestly, this place made a huge mistake by firing the head pizza maker. Theyve lost my weekly 3-4 pizza pie orders FOR SURE.

Poor customer service, employees show no remorse towards mistakes. No empathy towards awaiting customers. Employees lie on the phone and actively attemp fraud with customers credit information. Extreme wait times and poor overall service. The owner would be wise to better understand people he/ she employs and the negative consequences their behaviors bring to this establishment.

Im from St. Louis where we have real Pizza! This CRAP was ridiculous! It took an hour.... and when it arrived, it was cold and bump on the bottom and dry as HELL! We ordered extra cheese on the pizza, but you sure cant tell! You are amazed at how many good reviews this place got online! Positively the worst Pizza to St. Louis natives have ever had! #WASTEOFMONEY !

Ordered three things and all of them were burnt! I wish I would have opened the boxes before I left. I cant believe they would sell that to me. The girl who picked up the phone was the only nice experience there. I will never buy from that place again. Update.... my husband ate the burnt calzone and had explosive diarrhea after.

The reviews and pizza craving brought me here, since I live close though Ive never been here. I definitely recommend the food. Fresh and delicious. The customer service was spectacular too, they treated me like family. Ill definitely be a returning customer.

The pizza was great. The crust was nice and thin. The sauce was nicely seasoned and the cheese was fresh. I ordered the special that came with garlic bread, and a 2 liter soda. Great value for the price. I will definitely be a repeat customer !!!

Its good enough for me. I like places like this that sell pizzas by the slice. They only serve by the slice it til 4pm here but thats ok. Nice place to grab some lunch. Cheese is good and the pizza is fresh.

It was really good until I saw a guy molding the dough. Thing is he put germ-x and then did molded the dough. They also put the doughs on top of the counter. Now, if you dont mind that; the food is great!

Friendly staff and awesome fresh food! HUGE pizza loved it. Would give a 5 star if they had place to sit and eat. Just a stand up counter for a quick bite. Great place for take out or delivery.
