The store manager Leo is no good. Last year around Christmas time I purchased 40 - 2 dozen cookies at $3.00 per box. Out of those 40 - 24 count cookies, 15 boxes had broken cookies in them. I returned them to Publix and spoke to Eric and he gave me a paper that would credit me 15 boxes. (I should of just got my money back then). I went up there today 12/18/15 to pick up my cookies and they will not give me the cookies that I already paid for, and this paper with Erics signature on it that is "supposed" to honor my refund will not be accept because "Eric" cant remember. I told them why would I hold on to this paper for so long if it had no value to me. I called corporate and requested that they pull the store video and they can see that I gave them back their cookies, and in return I got this worthless Publix paper with a bad memory ex-manager signature on it. Walmart you just earned a new customer. I will not spend another penny at any Publix!

I have to say that the last two times Ive bought ground beef here its been old. Last week I got a packet that was pretty red and fresh looking, however when I got home and opened it up, the center was grey and smelled bad. This is an indication that it is old and packed with CO2 to make it look fresh. This weekend there was more ground beef that was "on sale" and was very red. I declined to fall for that again and chose a package that was not bright red but looked fresh and wasnt on sale. I took it straight home and put it in the fridge. Less than 24 hours later it was pretty grey already. It wasnt as bad and no smell like the previous week but it still ought to keep for a day. Also I buy chicken to boil and feed to my dogs. The exact same package of chicken at publix is $5.49/lb. At Winn Dixie its $2.50/lb. I like the selection and quality in most of the store, but their meat department is killing them.

The bakery is no good! I ordered a cake and they spelled my daughters name wrong. She said she would fix it and ended up taking a chunk of the airbrushed colored icing with it. She then left it with a white hole in the middle of the cake. She said she couldnt fix it because of the airbrush. She then told me "It looks fine" and walked away. Not worth the money they charge or having to deal with this lady! I dont know her name, but she has a very strong accent and looks to be in her 50s. Drive to a different Publix!

This pharmacy is amazing!! Answered every question ,they are very poliet and perforsonal. I had few concerns with side effects from meds and they answered everything on point. I recommended this pharmacy. I stopped in wallgreens to get these questions answered and all they told me was to call the doctor if I have concerns and was very rude.I will say there is a huge difference between these two pharmacys. Thank you publix keep up the good work .

The bakery didnt have the themed cake that my son wanted so I ordered an edible design over the internet. It wasnt easy to transfer the design from the baking sheet to the cake. The manager, I believe his name is Chris worked hard for an half hour getting the topper off of that baking sheet. I greatly appreciated that he made it his first priority to make our cake envision come to life!

I literally hate this publix location. Its almost like the condensed/miniature version of any regular publix store and the customer service literally sucks. I just walked a mile to receive a western union and they said they couldnt do it without the tracking number, which Ive never had happen before and the women behind the counter were all rude.

You guys are so NICE! I decided to go to you guys because I knew I could be in and out quickly. I was greeted by the first employee I saw and had a quick chat at checkout. I felt so welcomed by the staff that I almost stopped and gave the them a high five. I made it back to the car in under 4 minutes.

I love my neighborhood publix. I love their potato balls. Anyway I checked the deli and the PB where not on the menu that day, the deli manager asked what I needed of cause I mention the PB, and the manager had them made for me. I was so surprised. Thank you mr.manager and thank you publix.

I love Publix because its a very clean store and whenever you go in looking for something they always have it and if they dont they will try to get it for you the next time you are in this store and all of the employees are very kind and loving I wouldnt shop anywhere else

Always great experience inside store. However I was confronted by two very aggressive beggars pan handling in parking lot. I will not allow my grandaughters to go to this store unless accompanied by adult! Its against the law. Do something about it, please. Thank you

Look the store is nice enough. But you really need to figure out why you think it is necessary to have an ARMED security officer on duty. Then ask how you feel about someone dying because they were shoplifting and didnt want to stop.

I love Publix! 3rd generation Publix shopper. They always take care of you & always seem happy to do so. Today someone went & found something l was looking for & smiled about it! Wonderful bakery - no wrong answers there...leaving happy!

I have been shopping at publix for over 20 yrs and this is by far the worst publix I have ever been in. It has a limited selection and the customer service is TERRIBLE. I will drive 20 min out of my way before I ever shop here again.

This publix is clean and beautiful, same as most publix stores. I feel like the layout of aisles is a little bit more awkward, but its not something I would take away a star for. Staff is friendly and courteous.
