I dont like to write a negative review unless I consistently have a bad experience over a period of months. After my third disappointing trip to this particular Panera, Im giving them two stars. I have been for breakfast and lunch. My breakfast experience: ALL self serve coffee pots, except decaf were empty at approximately 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The selection does not seem to include all the items available at the Port Orange location. The service is also more impersonal, less friendly. The restaurant is not as clean, no matter the time of day. I had to get napkins and clean the spills at my own table and booth. No clean tables were available even though there were plenty of employees. My advice: jump back on I-95 South. Its worth the extra five minutes to visit the Panera in Port Orange.

Ordered online for "rapid pickup" got there a few mins after I scheduled for it to be picked up, nothing on the shelf, waited in line behind all the whiney preps and old rich hags. Another 5-10 mins later I get to the register and they hadnt made it, they dont mention that though and cashier disappears another 5 mins while they throw it together real quick and hand it to me without mentioning the wait, all in all I didnt care but once I got home and sat down to eat they forgot the damm brownie that was on my order and that aint right man thats why I wrote a review haha, food was mediocre, sandwich was thrown together. Oh well I wont be going back. if you cant stand preppy attitudes, questionable service, and overpriced food then dont order here.

I went to this panera bread today and had an awful experience. Melissa (blonde girl) took my order and was completely rude. Did not ask if I wanted a drink or a bakery item ( which they usually ask ). Also, slammed my receipt on the counter and shouted out " next ". Rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink. She also didnt ask me for my name for the order. The tables were all dirty and not wiped down. After my lunch I went back to get a refill for my iced green tea which is behind the counter and she ignored me. I had to stand there for five minutes even though she wasnt busy. She handed me my iced green tea back and rolled her eyes. Awful experience!

Please retrain these impolite children on how to give proper customer service. Take my advice and just go to the one on Granada Blvd. Never gotten sick from their food nor have I had an issue with customer service there. The dinning room looks like the walls are never cleaned with old milk stains in the booth. I am also upset that I never get my pickle when I order a full sandwich from here! I know thats petty but its not a mistake when you forget 3 separate times. The visit was not during a rush either.

For this being the store they train all of their managers in the area, its terrible. They never change their gloves while making food, ive seen girls wipe down their station with a dirty rag and go back to making sandwiches with the same gloves. The lobby is usually always dirty, the staff is rude, there are too many employees at one time for this store to be so bad. I have been there numerous times and have found a hair on my sandwich once and one on my salad. Disgusting place.

It never seems to fail, every time I go my order is wrong and skimpy. I checked inside the bag this time and everything seemed to be there, but after I was home everything was wrong and poor quality. So aggravating after a hard day at work woth no time to cook! After my horrible experience tonight I will be going to the Port Orange location only. Better service, better quality.

Literally got food poisoning from their Argula Chicken Salad and they never got back to me after I called to tell them while I had been throwing my guts up all day the day after. I am probably going to avoid this location for awhile. And a side note their staff always seems to mess up my order when I go in.

This is my first time coming to this panera and I must say. The customer service here is among the best Ive experienced. And I trained personnel for customer service. A salute the employees and the management of this place. The day these people decide to leave, Panera Bread will lose.

Every single time I come into this Panera -which is normally around 6:45pm- they are always out of stuff. Today was bread bowls and walnuts and pastries and spoons for my soup. My food was Togo. It happens way too often

Im a Panera Bread fan so Ive visited a number of their stores. This store is fairly large, generally clean and comfortable. The staff at this location are friendly and they do a great job. Ill definitely be back.

Why is it they always buzz you over to grab your food and it is never ready? Instead of just buzzing people over so your wait time is lower, wait until the food is ready!
