Very dissatisfied with their customer service. I have ordered here many times, and get the same combination platters everytime. Not only was I mis-quoted and tried to get over-charged, but I was also told that the rice and egg role did NOT come with the meal. So this business tried to charge me extra for it. I quickly told them to cancel then reviewed their menu on their website. After seeing that it did in fact come with the rice and egg role for the combination platters, I felt lied too, so I called back and confirm what they had told me. Now, this time, instead of trying to charge me $31.89, THIS TIME after I called them out on their prices and their lies, NOW they quoted me the usual price of roughly $22. What really ruffled my feathers was the fact that they would yell and talk over me instead of just simply listening. I refuse to ever do business with this place again. To end this with a positive note, I called China Garden, ordered the same as I was with China Wok, and China Garden not only spoke english, but their combination meals came with ALL I wanted anyway PLUS it was cheaper. So Im taking my business to China Garden where Im treated like a valued customer.

Ive ordered from this restaurant several times and usually have a good experience. But tonight is likely my last. They have their menu posted online and thats what I typically use to order. However, tonight I decided to go in. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli combo which is listed at $6.55. But, when I placed the order the young lady (little girl) said we dont honor our price online and its $7.35. I asked what would they have charged if I had ordered online and she replied $7.35. She stated "it doesnt matter what the online menu says, its what we say." There was NO NEED for me to ask for a manager due to the obvious language barrier. However, at the same time, this young lady needs to be taught some respect and how to deal with customers, regardless of the language. If your menu online indicates a price, then it should be honored. Its not the customers responsibility to change a companys prices. Goodbye China Wok and teach your kids some MANNERS!!!!!

Worst place and customer service!!!!! Order arrived an hr and 40 minutes after I ordered it and they are literally right around the corner. All of the food was cold and instead of general tsos chicken I got sesame chicken? How you mess that up Ill never know. Called back sat on hold for 20 minutes and got hung up on THEN was told that the delivery driver would take another HOUR to bring a refund and collect the incorrect order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Apparently they like to run a business with no managers on duty. A big NO NO and they flat out told me there wasnt one I could speak with.

One of the lowest ratings Ive ever given a business. The food is. " ok". Price is fair. However bathroom is disgusting. They dont have working ac. They use a standing fan. Also my biggest issue is they have three under age children doing all the work. 10 year old boy and 12 and 13 year old girl running the registers and frier machines. I have no idea if this is even legal but it concerns me. Children should be out playing and being young and having fun. Not working a counter and their parents establishment.

We ordered delivery at 8:40 pm and didnt receive it until 10 pm at night. The food was ice cold. When we called...they ask what we wanted them to do....really??? Horrible service and rude!! Well never order from them again!! Id give them 0 stars if I could. They should be ashamed!!!! Update: My husband drove there demanding a refund and they refused cussing him out!! They even called the cops! Unbelievable!! The cops said "its civil" and they cant do anything... Most unprofessional business EVER!!!

If you want good Chinese takeout and good service I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from here. it took them an hour and 30 minutes to FINALLY deliver our order,when it got here one of the boxes got crushed and leaked out onto everything inside the bag. The lady was very short and rude with us after we asked her why it took so long to deliver. The food was almost overcooked and the meat was burnt. That was probably the worst chinese food Ive ever had.

Usually I enjoy this place and have ordered delivery from them before, but this time was my last. I ordered 3 simple items which ended up being close to $30, usually it would maybe be just under $20. Then it took over an hour and a half to get the order, when they told me 45 minutes. The food was not as good as it was before, not sure when they changed everything, but I dont like it.

Worst possible experience ever! They delivered our food and hour after we ordered COLD. I was told I could get a refund if I drive there, so I did. When I arrived they told me I had to bring the food to get the refund, which I was never told. Long story short, they call the COPS and now Im out the $28. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA WOK, you will be disappointed. Sorry excuse of a business.

I eat here all the time, it is my favorite quickie chinese place in Daytona. they have better sauces than New China King, which is close by. they make their fried rice and its not that garbage yellow type. they have a great selection and are very cheap, especially for lunch. they deliver for orders over 20 bucks. China Wok #1!! Most Memorable Quote: "ten minute!"

Ordered their General Tso Chicken. Tasted more like orange chicken and with out the spicy taste. Chicken fried rice had shredded chicken in it instead of chunks. Teriyaki chicken was on a stick and was dyed red and had no teriyaki sauce on it nor did they have any when asked. Never went to a Chinese food place like this before and not planning to go back.

Terrible service !!! I just called to get a bad attitude from the person who answered the phone .... I wanted a delivery order and the girl was complaining in the background then added extra money to my order so I would get my order . She said 20.00 min then tried to add 5.00 to deter me from completing my order .never ordering from here again

Horrible experience ever! This was my first time trying them and i didnt even finish ordering my food before i got upset with the way i was talked to! Very rude and disrespectful. I just said never mind and canceled my order. For anyone looking for better service prices and food try china garden. Way better by far.

Poor customer service. I was hung up on numerous times called out of my name. They charged my card and I didnt receive my food and they wouldnt refund my money back. This is a terrible Chinese food place to eat from. SO TERRIBLE I wouldnt even rate 1 star

I eat here at least 2-3x a month. I really like that they will deliver, but best is that the food is always hot, with ample sized proportions, and packaged well. I recommend this restaurant.

75 minutes for delivery unacceptable...cancelled order after an hour and they still ahow and driver tries to come in my home after refusing the order....absurd. horrible
