The Royal Palm Blvd. side entrance has its own cashier for quick in and out shopping trips and direct access to the pharmacy. This Publix also has half length isles so I can maneuver around. If you didnt know, you can order your deli cuts on Publix smartphone app so they are ready when you get there, avoiding the sometimes ridiculously long deli counter line. The staff have been very friendly here when Ive asked for items missing on the shelves. Great customer service!

Most of my visits are very pleasing as far as Publix Customer Service... Except when I order subs from the deli, where as I often purchase either sub of the week or veggie sub and what happens they usually are not very good with tbe amount of veggies where as they put 5-7 pieces of everything and are thin as paper... Causing me to throw my sandwhich out due to being very greedy with veggies and is affecting the quality n taste of and going to lose many customers...

Waisted my lunch break here. I stood in line waiting to order a sub, after 15 minutes, when it was my turn, the deli worker began to make subs for an online order, she just left me standing there like nothing. I left without purchasing anything, and I had no time left to go anywhere for lunch. Very poor customer service. Dont shop here!

WORSE PUBLIX in the Coral Springs area!! Ive been disappointed too many times now. Go to the the deli & get dirty looks! Management is horrible & hire LAZY people. I will NOT spend a another dollar in this store EVER!! I will drive out of my way to another store. We know/see whats going on here...#BadManagementHiring
