I stopped by for an afternoon coffee. The staff didnt know how to make a latte and asked me how to do it! Fearing that theyd mess it up, I asked just for American coffee, but even that was watered down, looked like light brown water. I just went with a cheese pastry, which was tasty. Ive heard and read amazing reviews about this place yet was really disappointed. Neither of the two ladies who were manning the station spoke English, which made it that much more difficult to communicate what I wanted. At least it wasnt dirty.

Three people working. They didnt acknowledge us when we stood there and stood there. We asked two of the workers for help. One refused to speak any english and walked into theback. The second worker dissappeared as well. The third we finally got her to talk to us. We asked if we could order she shook her head no. My daughter asked if anyone spoke english. She just stood and looked at us. So we left. Without ordering. It was ridiculos. We will not be back.

Business is very clean and organized. The staff members are amazing and friendly. This location is 24 hours making it very convenient to treat yourself with the endless variety of treats from different countries. Breakfast is also served along with many other foods, including sandwiches, fresh juices and shakes. Absolutely EVERYTHING there is amazing. Great location. Parking is not an issue. This place deserves 100 stars.

Everything runs smooth whenever I go to Pinecrest Bakery. Even though all the workers do a great job I always like to point the Excellent job that Adys does for her customers. She is always very polite and knowledgeable. She pays attention to details and always make sure that we have the greatest experience. I know that if she is there my family and I will be taken care of

Loved the variety and clean place. Had a problem with communication because I dont speak Spanish, but I was just calling out names of different types of cakes I was choosing. I was reading the names off of the label and the lady still couldnt understand. Thats the only part that made this and annoying experience. Cakes were tasty.

Its pretty much the only bakery in the area. Its not nearly as good as the Pinecrest Bakery on Bird Road and 67th ave, also the servers are very slow. I waited 15 minutes to get served with three servers working and only one person in line in front of me.

I am so upset with my order. Who has ever heard of a Cuban sandwich with a little piece of pork and six slides of ham? A Churrasco without chimichurri ((t was cold, hard and no lettuce) , a Super Lechon without the potato sticks?

Staff at 3am was truly bad. Had no knowledge of most of the menu. Did not know what a milkshake was and had no clue on how to make a Cuban sandwich.... truly incompetent staff. Never coming back at this store after a night out

Great food, great workers. Id recomend Pincrest bakery 10x over Don pan which is right in front of where i live. The owner trully knows what he is doing. So pincrest backery gets 5/5 stars from me

Best place to pick up pastelitos! All the bakery items are fantastic. Best part is that they are open when I need them...usually at 2 AM. Practice your spanish before ordering.
