Management is deceitful!!!! I placed an order for lunch today and was forced to pay $2.50 delivery fee on top of the tip I gave the gentleman that delivered my food. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the charge, I was told by the manager (Michael) that the fee is not associated with the tip and this is the first time a complaint is made related to the delivery fee. At no time when I placed my order was I told there would be a delivery fee and MOST important, they do not state that information in their menu. This is unfair and misleading. The customer is forced to sign the credit card receipt when they deliver your food allowing them to charge you the delivery fee that is not advertised nor communicated when you place an order to be delivered.

It dont get better than this. The sandwiches at this place are amazing. Service is always great and while service can be a little slow, one must remember that they are making you food to order so an extra few minutes for fresh delicious food is worth it. One major down side is that this place is tiny, often during lunch you are basically sharing a table with a stranger. I hear they are soon going to relocate to a larger space. If this happens or not Ill continue to stuff my face with these amazing sandwiches.

Tony takes good care of me and my family and Ive never had anything from here I didnt love wholeheartedly. If you have a bad time here, its not the restaurant—its you. Love the new Reuben, but all the hot sandwiches are fantastic (I remember when a UMer "made" the Marco Polo). Italian Fried Rice is a winner. The pasta is just about the perfect portion size, perfect texture, truly divine. Carpaccio is dads favorite, ciabatta pizza is moms favorite. Seriously, you cant go wrong here. Try it all!

Recently discovered this hidden treasure of a deli and immediately fell in love with it. Every sandwich and salad i have tried has been truly divine and the service is wonderful even though a little slow at times. The quality of their ingredients is top notch and the ambience is perfectly fitting for that of an authentic italian deli

Very expensive for what you get. Sandwich comes with no pickles, chips NOTHIN! I had a half Sammie and cup of soup which was tasty but it was $11 Iced tea is $2.99!! With free refills. Michaels Italian sandwich came with very little meat, very disappointing. Will not be retiring.

Service is slow, they dont have all the plates on the menu at time ( went there and they were out of lasagna, meatballs, and another pasta plate)... however I am willing to give three stars, and put up with the shortfalls, the food is very good.
