Worst place we ever ate at, waitress never came and introduced herself or gave her name, first we waited 20 minutes for a liquor drink she tryed to blame bartender and she was texting on her phone, never got silverware or plates, until she brought the appetizers and we had to ask 10 minutes after for plates, napkins, and silverware, and 20 minutes later we got them from amother waitress, then she took 20 minutes to even refill sodas, brought a childrens drink in a regular cup, duh, she was a child, then when she brought our entrees out, she dropped our potatoes and blamed her bus person and didnt give us steak knifes and we waited 20 minutes for steak knifes and got replacement potatoes that were microwaved and still raw and served with no butter or sour cream , then we went to talk to manager and she ran in and but in and yelled , Wow like a little teenager on her phone, manager seemed liked he didnt care at all, kept saying what else can we do, well maybe first hire and adult waitress who is off her phone and not saying Wow, Omg, and maybe actually says her name because she will do her job, and also they add extra charges, waitress didnt do her job that is why she does not give her name all her coworkers did her job, and food sucks, maybe hire a real waitress not a child who does not scream at customers and interrupt when she was not involved in conversation. Worst restuarant ever, beware of crapy service, crap food and they dont care!!!!!!

My wife and I were in the bar last night. Bartender was attentive drink prices were great. However we will not be back. The bartender and security allowed a drunk young lady to expose her breast to several customers ,she also was standing up on a chair dancing and almost fell. Your bartender allowing these kind of things go on right in front of him, without saying a word for the inappropriate behavior, is disrespectful to the bar and also other patrons. If that young lady would have fallen your bar would have probably been sued. We know it is spring break, but that doesnt mean this behavior is acceptable.

Would be a great bar except the Bartender overcharged me, I had a rather large tab as there were 4 of us on it but I did all the ordering and when I questioned it she went bananas saying I was wasted and should just pay it blah blah blah...I will NEVER go back again. It is just what they claim "where the locals drink" anyone else will be ripped off. One of the regulars told me they charge "tourists" more for everything. What a joke. Next year I will steer clear of this hole-in-the-wall. The guy that commented about the Gringo pricing was dead on.

Great locals bar with lots of tourists mixed in. It has a dive bar atmosphere without dive bar patrons. Charity and Sara are the type who will remember your name and drink preference even a year later. The after work crowd is friendly and welcoming. After 10pm this bar really fills up and usually has a DJ. with a younger hospitality crowd. Great all around bar, just remember its a smoking bar if that bothers you. This is a bar I wouldnt worry about my sister going to by herself.

we were just in town from Sarasota to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday and went to the Shipwreck to check out whether to have the big after party there.. We went in and they were very rude, and disrespectful of my daughter and her boyfriend. Obviously they dont need the business of any tourism and the locals can sustain them. We will never go there again and have already told many of our friends in Florida not to go there if they head over to Clearwater Beach.

Great friendly place on the North end of the beach. Oldest bar on the beach by all accounts. Pool tables and sports TVs. Great prices on drinks. Only a couple of blocks away from all of the mainstream action on Mandalay Avenue, but better for not being a part of it. Check out the original 50ft long hardwood bar top. Great service and exceptional humor from Jeff our bartender. Highly recommended.

Was here last weekend... I was overcharged for drinks and their service comes with an entrée of bad attitude. I asked to see my bill itemized so I can verify what I ordered, Bartender went nuts and screamed that I was wasted. Even though my party of 5 only had 1 drink each (not wasted) we just paid and left... With plenty of bars and grills in Clearwater Beach, I will not miss this one at all

Great place to get away from the typical beach bars and get away from the tourist crowd. The bartender was sarcastic, jokingly rude but very personable and efficient. My buddy asked him to break a $20 for him and he promptly tore it right in half. Laughed my ass off!

I dont know what Hoppa is talking about!, I love this place, Locals are awesome, I drank all night for $15, played beer pong, hot bartenders, great staff, killer dj, All in all a great bar, and I will be back! He probably didnt get laid and blamed the bar :)

Where the locals and service industry employees go to drink late at night. They cleaned it up a bit but its still pretty much the same old shipwreck. I would recommend paying as you go rather than starting a tab at this place.

Fun place but watch your money when you visit here. Sarah is an awesome bartender but others will take their own tip out of your change before they give it to you....just be mindful....otherwise fun times!!!

We visited this establishment 4 times and were pleased with service especially when Dani was tending the bar. The jukebox has the hard Rock that we listen to and the atmosphere was great. Nice place.

Every time I go the bartenders (Jeff and Stammy) are awesome. They have pool, great music, and a friendly vibe for everyone. I just wish there wasnt smoking inside the bar. Pool tables, darts, etc

Awesome bar and atmosphere. If you want to get away from the tourist traps and have a drink with the locals, this is the place to go. We had a blast and highly recommend it to everyone.

This is a dive bar for the area, great bar tenders, great prices, and the music was great. There is smoking in the bar and is not open so can be too much for non-smokers.

We were disappointed that they didnt sell pitchers of beer only buckets. They have pool tables and a jukebox not much else.
