I was in this store today around 1:45 p.m. when my party and I were seated in theirrestaurant. Around this time, we ordered 4 small pizzas of various types. We waited for our food and was served our drinks (coke, diet coke, sprite, etc.). However, we waited a bit too long for our pizzas to come to our tables, approximately 30 minutes had passed and no food was returned to us at all. We tried to get a hold of our waitress, but she was no where to be seen in this half hour interval. I, infact had only seen her once, while other waiters/ waitresses were coming to their tables frequently. Customer Service was poor as we had refills needed for our drinks, yet our waitress seemed to be nowhere. We were told our pizzas would be ready in two minutes, when in fact it was more like another 10 minutes of waiting. I refuse to come here ever again to dine in because the customer service was terrible, and additionally, guests who were seated after us were getting their order which were of pasta, which traditionally takes longer than to bake a pizza. In addition, I wasnt pleased with our waitress. We had only seen her once when she brought our drinks to us, but after that, she was no where to be seen until our party brought it to another waiters attention that we were wondering when our food would be prepared. As we were leaving, our waitress followed us out the door and was telling us our food was ready at the front of the restaurant. However, the problem is, the food was there, and not on our table as we were told. I apologize for leaving our table, but the customer service was poor, and our waitress made us feel like we were unimportant because of her lack of tending to us. Other waiters were friendly and inviting to their customers, while ours, was far from that.

Ordered a large Sicilian half supreme and half pepperoni with sausage about $30 they told me to pick it up at in 40 min. Picked up got only pepperoni and sausage. She said you can take this one and Ill fix the price for you. I agreed... So she change the price to $26!!! Are you kidding me!!! You can keep that... Its not the first time I was disappointed with cafe Rivera but sure its the Last! Will never buy anything from them.

Great food. Bad service. I ordered a pizza and asked them to call when they got here. Instead they knocked on the door and just LEFT MY HOUSE WITHOUT CALLING?!? Try operating like every other pizza shop in Delaware. Call the number youre provided and next time you will get more than a dollar tip.

Cutesy display. Healthy quick options. Its located in the actual mall. And service was quick hospitable and to the point. They offer simple slice options and whole meal options. Ill definitely be back.

Its not just a pizza shop in the mall, this is a top shelf restaurant. My family visits often, and we love the people and the food, I love the Veal, every meal we have had has been excellent.
