Normally I have no issues and the food is actually really good but communication is bad forgot delivery, food cold, very poor attitude on phone and actually quite expensive. Extra cheese is a couple of dollars more on a pie. I hate bad attitudes and they blame the customer for mistakes made on thier end. "Im not the delivery guy, I dont know how long it will take". Payed over phone with card and told delivery... I was rudely told that I said pick up! Really? Why would I not just pay when I got there then????? And manager is a very young barely out of high school girl? Thats who handles the business? Well you just lost another customer to Papa Johns. Its a shame because I never had and issue with the owner and the delivery guys have been excellent. Maybe some people dont understand but a bad attitude goes a long way and now unfortunately for principal alone will no longer be ordering from them.

Horrible service I called today for delivery I Have the person who picked up the phone my address and phone number TWICE I waited and hour for my food then called when it never showed up. I was told the the delivery person came and knocked on the door and then left because no one came to the door I work around loud noises so my hearing isnt that great I clearly have a doorbell that was not used my dog also didnt bark once witch she does anytime someone is at the door. I was told that at this point I can "pick it up myself" when I asked the lady to repeat my information she informed me that she had taken my number down wrong. I order from here everyone I come home from deployment and have never been treated this rudely I WILL NOT order from here again and they were rude and unprofessional

Falling off. When this this restaurant opened a few years ago it was fantastic. The pizza was to die for , the calzone ,pasta dishes, salads, everything was fresh and tasty. The restaurant had a real Italian flare and a taste like it was right out of little Italy in NYC. The last 3 times my family and I went there the food is not as good. Mozzerela sticks came out not done , changed the bread on submarine sandwiches to soft and chewy, any good submarine bread should have a firm crust. The Calzone had raw cheese inside literally cold too the touch. The prices were always high but I would put up with it for local good Italian fair, doubt I will give them a forth chance. If you look in the kitchen you see whats going on. The old man is not there and there are 3 Mexicans cooking instead.

Our preferred Italian restaurant in Smyrna. Food is tasty. Entire family enjoys their pizza the most out of the 300+ pizza choices in Smyrna. Vegetarian in the family loves their Eggplant Parmesan. They always ask for it "extra crisp" and say it is divine. Best in the area! We really like the warm rolls with the garlic and butter. Make sure task ask for them little extra warm since they melt in your mouth! Wait staff are always very nice and courteous.

Nothing special. Average tasting pizza and the worlds smallest yet most expensive cheesesteaks. Its like they took a bread stick and sliced it down the middle and stuffed it with sliced beef. Since the foods nothing special and it taste like pretty much every other average Delaware pizza joint I dont see much reason to go here. If the prices were cheaper I wouldnt complain much but I can get more for my money and better tasting food elsewhere.

The food was good but the service was bad and slow...not to mention I ordered a 14 dollar cheese Stromboli and ended up paying 21 dollars because I was told that adding veggies was free.They then charged me a 1.75 per veggie added. Finally I ordered garlic knots for an appetizer and had to cancel them because my food came first.Not to mention after wards I was hounded to have them to go and still pay for them.

The best food the mood is beautiful and vary clean and I mean clean and that means a lot if the food is great and the place is clean and the prices are vary respectable that we can afford on our budget that great .Thank you Pizzeria Dimeos for having the Best Italian food and dacor in Smyrna and Dover .

I love, love, LOVE this place. One of the best family-owned Italian restaurants that cook delicious authentic dishes unlike those national chains. If youre in Smyrna you must stop in for a bite to eat. Nearly everything is made fresh, or at least it tastes that way. And the service is fantastic!

My first time to this restaurant.. it was awesome. The garlic rolls were the best I have had in a long long time . I ate so many I had to bring most of my awesome dinner home. Very clean, great waitress. I loved the old plates they served things on!!

Food and service are decent. We always try to get Heather because she is the best waitress there in my opinion. They use a LOT of garlic. The prices are a bit high for this area so we dont go as often as we used to.
