July 4 2017, Milford DE, about 7:50-8:00am. First visit was on July 3rd for breakfast. Todays visit on the 4th I had an indifferent/missing in action waitress named Page (blonde hair worn in a bun on top of head). She wasnt rude or discourteous, just not attentive. After giving me menu and coffee, she disappeared. I waited and waited and then she came by to take my order. Restaurant was not crowded but I did notice her chatting at another table and also with other waitresses seated at a table near mine. After she brought my food and refilled my coffee, she disappeared again . She came by to ask "how are you doing well after bringing my food and close to when I was done. Then, when I was ready to leave, she did not bring me my check. After waiting a bit, I got up and went to cashier where he was able to pull up my order so I could pay. I think Page needs more training or perhaps waitressing is not her mettle? Food was tasty - eggs, grits, sausage patties and biscuits & gravy. Sincerely Edison Wato, Washington DC.

The food is always great, but the service is seriously something to be desired. Mostly very young staff, carrying on in the kitchen, the one girl was so nasty to our waitress in front of us, I know she felt embarrassed, it was completely rude and uncalled for. Weve spoken with management twice and called corporate once. Its unfortunate because its one of my favorite places to eat but the staff at this location needs a complete overhaul.

terrible service, rude waitstaff, waited nearly 45 minutes for a couple sandwiches and a cup of soup.. brian is an especially annoying waiter. no refills and no crayons for the baby. dont go here. Update: I dont know what possessed me to go back but same story today.. took forever to get the food and couldnt get a drink after my food came. Terrible, terrible service...

Our server was Kayla and she was great, my friend didnt get the cheese on her omelette so we sent out back and they put a slice of cheese on it hardly melted on have it back her, as for me I had the c chicken fried steak breakfast with scramble eggs and hash brown, the dreck was good with the pepper gravy, but my eggs were over cooked with I ask for Scrabble eggs

Waited for breakfast over half hour, when it came sent bacon back because it was not done, when it came back my eggs and hash browns hard as rock, waitress rolled her eyes at me. Terrible service. Did get the meal taken off my check because I sent that back too. Mgr was nice but service terrible!

Their manager Carl was very rude. Over the phone, he yelled at me and said"Dude Im in the middle of a damn dinner, sorry" and slammed the phone. I will not be looking to work for or going out to eat at Bob Evans ever again.

Staff was extremely unprofessional. Asked for cheddar baked potato soup and didnt get bacon or sulantro on it, because they didnt have bacon. Wouldve been nice to know before we ordered it. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I have had great experiences here as well as mediocre ones. I also believe there are better restaurants around here than just this one. I will continue to go here for brunch and dinners in the future.
