Found this place last summer while on vacation. Loved the food so much, when we were back this year we went back, this time for take out. We ordered spaghetti with red clam sauce, pasta dileo, and the chicken and eggplant parm. We asked on the phone if the dinners came with salad and were told it was $4 extra for each side salad so we choose to order one large salad to share. Upon arrival, the girl working the counter read our order - fettuccine with white clam sauce, chicken & eggplant, and pasta dileo with extra crab meat, 3 side salads and a large Greek salad. We explained that this order was wrong and she offered to add the spaghetti with clam sauce to the already existing order instead of righting this wrong. After some back and forth, someone from the back came out and explained that dinners came with salad (not $4 each) and told the girl at the counter that the pasta dileo already came with crab meat, it wasnt an upcharge. She said that they would make the correct food for us. We were not charged for any of the salads, got home to realize we were still charged for extra crab, and that the spaghetti with red clam sauce was still fettuccine and seemed to have red sauce added on top of the white sauce. On top of all of this, the girl working who messed things up to begin with began complaining to use that she would have to pay for the extra salads made, and didnt give us our credit card back so we ended up having to turn around to get it. Food tasted good, but was highly frustrating, disappointing, and rude service. We wont be back.

Department of Health should definitely pay a visit to CASA DILEO RESTAURANT this place is very tacky and unprofessional. The girls that were working today didnt have change for a $20 so she ran out to her car to get change. She came back in and did not wash her hands after she was coughing on her way in. She told me that they had to change the oil because it was dirty so Ill have to wait a little longer for my fries. The fries were so oily and soggy & the pizza was oily, dry & hard. I paid $13 for this awful food. I was so disgusted when I saw the food I started to take it back but I through it away and went to WAWA. TO THE OWNER I came to your business because I saw that you had a 4.1 rating and Im so confused on how this place could be a 4.1 rating. The workers should clean up at night so that they wont have to do it in front of paying customers. The girls should focus on being professional instead of texting on the phone and playing with other co-workers about sexual activity. So disgusted with this place an today was my first day there & definitely my last. And I forgot to mention the guys in the back trying to clean the oven mixing chemicals around customers food. Very upset that I wasted my time and money.

Ordered a NY pizza with pepperoni & 1/2 mushroom. Was served a white pizza with these toppings. My grandson hates ricotta so wouldnt touch it. Asked for a box explaining he didnt like it cause there was ricotta on it & we didnt know ricotta came on their pizzas. We thought maybe we didnt read the menu enough & that maybe all the pizza had the mounds of ricotta on each slice, but no, we received the bill and realized it was because the bartender entered it as a white NY pizza. When I told her this she just looked at me & said "huh, have a good weekend ". Seriously, u messed up our food causing us to not only pay more for that kind of pizza, that we didnt eat, but then having to go take my grandson somewhere else to eat! Wouldnt recommend this place!

Food was horrible. Very expensive. Poor service in an empty restaurant. The pizza we ordered to replace the inedible salad was acceptable. They were kind enough to "not charge us for the inedible salad", still charged us the premium for the house blue cheese dressing that was "made fresh, Im just not sure when" My guts screamed for two days after, probably from the two bites of salad, but who knows. I wouldnt risk it for acceptable pizza.

Poor take out service tonight. Half hour wait turned into an hour and 15 minute wait. I should have known from the moment I called it wasnt going to be good. The girl on the phone when I called sounded annoyed. When I asked what type of salad dressing choices were available for our side salad she replied they had all kinds without providing choices. Will not recommend.

We went for dinner waitress was nice. I ordered a Caesar salad and pizza. The salad came out on a 5" plate and was charged $5.00. The town water was horrible. I asked to purchase bottle water, it was unavailable. My mother had spaghetti and meatballs. Meatball was gritty and mushy no flavor. Very disappointed.

The food was pretty good but the service was absolutely horrible. I waited 10 minutes for someone to ask me for a drink. Waiter never came back to ask if things were ok and it took 20 min to get a box and the check. I like the food but may not go back because of the service....it was horrible.

This place is amazing. We were visiting from New Jersey and found this place off google maps. The homemade bread they serve is so good we asked for a second loaf. The food was delicious and the red sauce was great. Too bad we live 250 miles away. Going back for our next trip down.

Ive eaten there a few times....consistently good food, but theyve messed up orders and service can sometimes be slow. I called today to ask for an online menu - they dont have one. I asked if they can fax me one - they cannot. Not cool for those who need orders to go.

The food wasnt cooked??? Both of our strombolis were kinda burnt on the outside but the inside was still just raw dough.... I would rather wait the extra time to have the food cooked completely through than get $90 worth of food from this place and it not be cooked.

Friday night! Food and service was fantastic! Couldnt ask for anything better. Ate in restaurant, servers were friendly and helpful. Music was great and the food exceptional. New chef Aileen is a gem and Dilmore should be so grateful that she is working there!

Had a wonderful and very filling meal there service was great I was so stuffed I didnt have room for dessert. Nice very Mom and Pop atmosphere and I always liked that kind of thing for my choices in Italian restaurants. Will definatly visit again.

Awesome pizza, eggplant parmesan, and linguine. Kids pizza slices are absolutely enormous (cut from a 30" pie probably). Excellent service both times weve been. Never had to wait (even when nearby places are 45 minutes).

Great service... I heard the pizza was delicious. I had the tricolore salad which was very nice. Only loses one star for not being the kid friendliest place. I was afraid my kids would break something the whole time.

Okay food. Big decline in the last two years. Used to be a frequent regular. Only thing constant in this place is the menu. Cant possibly change it. What would they do with all the food in the freezer?
