I have eaten at this place since about 2-3 years ago probably once a week or so. Recently the food has lost some quality, but I still would use them because I had for so long. Tonight my mother ordered a pizza, two cheese steaks and a fry from here and it was literally the worst experience ever. Hour and a half to get here, which isnt a huge deal. But then everything is cold and to top it off they are missing part of the order. When my mother calls in to ask about it, no apology is provided to her or offer to bring the missing part of the order out, which she paid for, which is completely rude and terrible service. I am writing this place off, no more 100+ count wings for weekly football parties and definitely no more dinners. Sorry, Frankys you have lost my loyalty not because of the poor food but the lack of customer service on top of it.

I went to this nice pizza place with my kids and i ordered grandma pizza and my kids ordered cheese fries and plain pizza and it was so good I had to order another slice...I highly recommend going here. They have such great food and their staff is so nice too!
