Absolutely disgraceful service. Weve had plenty of shoddy delivery service from this place in the past, but have mostly let it slide because the pizza is decent and usually still arrives warm-- even if its been over an hour. But today was really the final straw. We ordered pizza at 4:30 on a Friday (i.e. when they should have no trouble delivering) so that we could have a little mini-date evening before my husband left for a 7pm work shift. Everything was fine when we called in the order. They gave no indication that our pizza might be slow or anything life that. After a full hour, my husband called to check on the pizza and was told that their one delivery driver was behind on orders, but that our food would arrive really soon. Fast forward to 6:30-- TWO FULL HOURS after we ordered-- and I called them back again. The woman who answered the phone didnt know why our food was so late, didnt know when it would arrive, and didnt even know where the driver was ("well, theres been some construction.."). She offered to credit our account with four dollars (seriously?? thats basically just giving us back what we would have tipped) or cancel the order. At that point, our evening was gone and my husband had to leave for work-- without a real dinner because this place couldnt get their act together to deliver a pizza-- and so we obviously werent going to pay almost full price for a pizza that still had no clear arrival time (again, after two hours). We literally could have had a full restaurant meal in HALF the time it took for us to give up on this order with absolutely nothing to show for it. They obviously dont actually care about keeping your business because they were perfectly happy to drop our order (one less pizza to deliver).

This place was fantastic! My wife and I are here last week and were very impressed by the quality of food. The decor and beer/wine selection leaves a little something to be desired, but dont let that deter you! The good way more than makes up for what is lacking. The sauce tastes homemade, the pizza is perfect (and the bubbles in the dough? Oh Lordy!!), and the cheese steaks are LEGIT. We were so impressed that we ate there twice during our week vacation.

They have the best prices anywhere for the size and quality of pizza. Their garlic bread is amazing. Theres a few other places that are just as good tasting but they dont deliver and their prices arent quite as good. Even better when Giacomo is around.

Just moved here a few months ago from Philly, best pizza place around here by far! The crust is crispy and tender, the sauce is well seasoned, and the cheese is really good. The staff are friendly and happy. Cant wait to try their other eats!

This place is legit, and its a mom and pop place. Im born and raised in Washington heights, Manhattan and I cant believe this gem I found in Delaware of all places. If you want GREAT pizza go here!!!
