I love the food and prices but customer service is horrendous. Being spoken to (after being on hold for 8 and a half mins and hanging up/calling back) like I am inconveniencing them is not good customer service whatsoever.

Grabbed 2 slices on the run. The crust was pretty decent, sauce was a bit pasty and sour for my taste, and the cheese was fair. Overall it was edible and fairly priced.

Very good, thinner crust pizza (not thin crust). Sauce and ingredients are very good. For this style of pizza, I have not found better in NEPA.
