- GREAT Cakes , ordered my birthday cake from here and I loved it . Best ice cream shop ever , I come here every week for ice cream and love the customer service . I always come with my punch card ready ! Id recommend the cold stone In Dover to all my friends !!!

So when did they start using old ass ICE "cream" here, its freezer burnt and not creamy at all! Plus the staff is very unpleasant and not friendly at all, and really cant understand why I just paid so much for such poor service and low quality ice cream.....

Great Ice Cream but the absolute worst employees. There is not a single competent employee at Coldstone. Lack of knowledge towards customer satisfaction, just a bunch of college kids trying to make a quick buck with zero care towards customer satisfaction.

Please help me understand why he was coughing over my ice cream while mixing it? Really disgusting and something told me I should leave before ordering. Correction ** the person coughing over the ice cream was the manager/ owner. WOW Never again.

The only downside to this Cold Stone is the Del State crowd. The servers deserve a rip but of course the college kids at Del State never tip. Being a former delivery driver for a pizza place in the area I can tell you they never tip.

Best ice cream Ive come across in a long time. As for the employees it can be hit or miss depending on the location, day of the week, and the time of day. But they still tend to provide better service than most in my opinion anyway.

This place is horribly mismanaged. They have 2 employees working on NASCAR race weekend and there are literally 32 customers in line waiting. Ridiculous
