The first time I was there it was fantastic. The food was great, the rooftop also lovely. So I excitedly took another visitor there this past Saturday evening 8/29/2015. First of all, my servers were great. I was so surprised at how the manager, Jill Carr, treated me. Both my friend and I ordered Filet Mignon having a break from the glorious seafood. We both ordered medium-rare. We all know that when having steak medium rare to rare is the best way to have that kind of steak. Mine was medium. Which to me is a touch of pink. That is what it had. My friends was medium rare..much more pink. But this wasnt the real problem, I told my server and the manager came over and I described the problem. She was surly and rude. I thought I was being very calm and friendly. These things happen. Its "rare" (pun intended) that I would care enough to send something back. But, come on, Filet Mignon? We seemed to disagree about how pink it was. And she said that they refused to cook me another and she thought I had a bad attitude?? That blew me away. As I truly was not angry or anything. She walked off in a huff. Her servers immediately came over and offered emotional support. They said they would cook me something else..but not another steak. So I had chicken.

I ate there this weekend and have very mixed thoughts. The overwhelming issue with the restaurant was it was HOT-83 degrees to be exact and I know because the thermostat was behind my head. We were told it was because a door kept opening to the stairs that led up to the balcony. I didnt think the door was opening hardly at all so if this was really the case I wouldnt eat there in the summer. I honestly think the AC was broken and they wouldnt admit it. It was hard to enjoy any food or wine because of the overwhelming heat and stale air. With the meals we ordered appetizers which included brie, firecracker shrimp, crab deviled eggs and veggie spring rolls. The apps were good and the wine was thankfully chilling in a bottle on the table. The dinner course took longer than average to come out but the seafood dishes were worth it. The pasta dishes did seem dry and I wouldnt recommend them based on our experience. Dessert sounded good but we were sweating so badly we left as soon as possible. Still, it took over 2.5 hours to finish dinner because the service was slower than average and the restaurant wasnt that busy and certainly not full. I would try this again in the winter months but am skeptical about returning at any point while the weather is warm.

We chose to visit Two Seas on a Thursday night this summer and we had a spectacular time! The food was outstanding and my grandsons thoroughly enjoyed their Shirley Temples, fresh vegetable spring roll appetizers, salmon entrees, and their brownie sundaes. At 10 years old they got to experience a gourmet meal to be remembered with a fantastic view of the ocean and the bay from the rooftop dining area. The adult meals were equally well prepared and presented in a timely manner. My daughter especially enjoyed the tuna tartare appetizer and the vegetarian entrees (angel hair pasta for 2 people and a large dinner salad for another) were also a delight. I loved the Scottish salmon done on a cedar plank with fresh vegetables (done perfectly) and roasted redskins. The staff made us feel as if we were visiting family and made us feel right at home! A great time was had by all and we will definitely be booking our reservations next summer when we return for our vacation in Dewey Beach in 2016.

My husband and I just stumbled on this restaurant so we had no idea what type of restaurant it was. No childrens menu, however the staff was outstanding and they accommodated the menu for our two children, ages 8 and 2. Our picky eaters loved the food! A bit pricey, however the view on the top deck overlooking the ocean on one side and the bay on the other was breathtaking and the staff was super friendly. So glad we stumbled on this place!

The service was awesome, they kept the kitchen open so we could eat. The thing that was disappointing was the food. The portions were really small. The tuna and shrimp were delicious but the pasta had too much sauce and was very salty. The salad took me about 4 bites to finish and I was still hungry afterwards. Either lower the prices or get bigger portions. Other than that it was a great little spot with an awesome view on the roof.

Came here for dinner on a long weekend trip and was more than pleasantly surprised! The service was great and the seafood was amazing! There were a lot of us so I had a chance to sample a lot of the food and it was all great! I would definitely recommend this place.
